    • PURPOSE:To improve the trouble diagnosing accuracy by comparing immediately the deviations between the control command signal and the detector signal and using the signal obtained by adding the characteristics of a controlled system to the control command signal as a comparison object signal in case a system to be controlled has a large time constant. CONSTITUTION:When the control command signal 15 of a central processing unit 1 has the abnormality, no deviation exists between the detection signals of both systems A and B of detectors and therefore it is decided that the detectors of both systems are normal. Thus a switch circuit 14 of a detector is kept under a state set before the abnormality is produced. When a controlled system 11 to be controlled of a central processing unit 2 has the abnormality, no deviation is produced between both detector signals of both systems A and B and it is decided that the detectors of both systems are normal. While the deviation is produced between both detector signals when a detector 12 of the system A of a process input/output device 3 has the abnormality. At the same time, the deviation is also produced between the detector signal of the system A and the signal 15. Thus it is decided that the detector of the system B has the abnormality and also that the detector of the system B is normal. Then the circuit 14 is switched to the normal detector of the system B.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out control for ensuring a prescribed load regardless of the deviation of the system frequency. SOLUTION: This apparatus is composed of a load controlling circuit and a speed governing circuit. The load controlling circuit adjusts the output of a turbine generator 1 by operation of a load setting device 22. The speed governing circuit adjusts the output in accordance with the deviation between a rated turbine speed 113 and an actual turbine speed 100 using the turbine speed setting rate. The added value of these calculation results controls a steam adjustment valve 4 by which the steam flowing in the turbine is controlled, In order to synchronize the turbine speed and the system frequency before a generator breaker 8 is turned on, the output value from the load setting device is stored immediately before synchronous control begins, a corrected value is obtained based on the deviation from the output value from the load setting device immediately before the generator breaker is turned on, and correction circuits 30, 29 are set up. Upon turning in the generator breaker, the correction circuits return the present value by which the load setting device has been operated to the state immediately before the start of the synchronous control, based on a command to increase/decrease the speed, in accordance with the deviation of the system frequency.

    • PURPOSE:To close certainly a valve, while shorten always a time until a turbine is started to the minimum, by correcting changing of a valve opening detecting signal when the valve is full-closed by temperature-change of a valve body so as to supply always a constant closing signal to a valve driving part. CONSTITUTION:A valve driving signal E is inputted to an adder 20 so as to make comparison-operation with output D of a signal generator 16. A deviation signal F is changed into a same signal as a prior valve opening command signal A to be inputted in an adder 11. Since, the above signal E is controlled to a value same as the output value D which is set always regardless of change of a signal B when a valve is full-closed, it is possible to certainly fully close the valve always even if the output value D is set to a small value on one side. Also, since, an initial value of a proportional-plus-integral operator 14 is the same value as the above signal F, regardless of condition of the above signal B, both signals come to satisfy the equation A=B in a short time when a turbine starting mode is selected (switches 15, 17 are changed over to b sides), so that it is thus possible to start opening of the valve always after the same time.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the controllability by once closing a reducing valve and an intercepting valve in the turbine speed run back control mode and setting the opening degree of the reducing valve to a memorized run back opening degree on the reopening and carrying out the turbine speed control with the intercepting valve. CONSTITUTION:When the turbine speed is increased, the difference between the aimed accelerating speed 105 and the aimed speed 101 is PI-calculated by a calculator 106, and the output is inputted into an integrator 109, and a control signal 130 is obtained. A reducing valve 3 is opened by the output which is obtained by adding the bias 112 on the start of opening of the reducing valve onto the control signal 130 by an adder 113, and the turbine speed increase is started. In run back, a switch 103 is turned OFF, and a switch 104 is turned ON, and the aimed speed is switched to the aimed run-back speed 102, and the difference from the turbine speed 128 is PI-calculated in the calculation part 106. A switch 121 is turned ON by the output of a comparator 115, and an intercepting valve control signal 150 as the output of a subtraction calculator 114 is added onto the reducing valve control signal by an adder 117, and the reducing valve 3 is perfectly closed.
