    • PURPOSE:To enable reversed double surfaces of a heat accumulating floor heating panel to be used, increase an amount of accumulated heat or provide an additional heating function by a method wherein a heater device and a heat accumulation device arranged in the heater device are closely contacted between an outer layer at a surface and an outer layer at a rear surface. CONSTITUTION:A heater device 6 comprised of a sheet-like heater 1, a uniform heat radiator 2 and an electrical insulator 3 is closely contacted with a heat accumulation member 4. The electrical insulation member 3 composed of insulating bag or insulating sheet electrically insulates the sheet-like heater 1 having the uniform heat radiator 2 and protects it against any external force. In the case that a floor heating system having an additional heating function is applied, the heater device 6 is set to face against the floor member 7. In the case that a capacity is poor under a heat accumulation amount of the heat accumulation member 4, the panel is reversed, the heater device 6 is held by the heat accumulation members 4, an incremented heat accumulation member 9 is arranged at a lower part of the heat accumulating floor heating panel and a thermal insulating material 8 is placed at the lower part.

    • PURPOSE:To carry out a suitable control on the quantity of the accumulated heat and prevent an excess in heat accumulation by controlling the signal of an accumulated heat detector with priority over the signal of a temperature sensor by a control circuit when the temperature of a heat accumulating body is over the melting point of the heat accumulating member. CONSTITUTION:A plane heat generating body 4 is constituted of a heat generating body 2 and a temperature sensor 3, and by providing an accumulated heat detector 5 on the face opposite to the face of a heat accumulating body 1 on the which the plane heat generating body 4 is provided the temperature sensor 3 detects not only the temperature of the heat generating body 2 but also the temperature of the heat accumulating body 1. Furthermore, since the accumulated heat detector 5 can be detect the suitable quantity of accumulated heat for the heat accumulated body 1, it can be given a suitable heating. A control circuit 6, when the temperature of the heat accumulating body 1 is below the melting point of the heat accumulating material 1a, detects the impedance of the temperature sensor 3 and controls the electric current passing through the heat generating body 2 so as to turn it ON at a temperature over the melting point of the heat accumulating material 1a, and when the temperature of the heat accumulating material 1a is over the melting point, the control circuit 6 selects and controls the signal of the accumulated heat detector 5 with priority over the signal of the temperature sensor 3 and controls the electric current through the heat generation body 2 to a temperature below the ON action detection temperature of the accumulated heat detector 5.

SOLUTION: A surface wave generator comprises an upper ceramic case 10 provided to have a predetermined dielectric loss value and to bulge upward at its center relative to its peripheral edge, a lower ceramic case 11 provided to take a predetermined dielectric loss value and to bulge downward at its center relative to its peripheral edge, an upper junction 12 and a lower junction 13 which are provided to overhang in the form of radial flanges at the peripheral edges of the upper and lower cases 10, 11 to serve as the junctions of the upper and lower cases, a plate-shaped conducting member 14 provided in such a way as to be clamped and held by the upper and lower junctions 12, 13 and to have spreads on horizontal planes inside the upper and lower cases 10, 11, and having a circular hole bored in its center, an adhesive 16 elastically bonding the upper and lower cases 10, 11 to the plate-shaped conducting member 14 at the upper and lower junctions 12, 13, and an air hole formed to communicate the internal and external spaces of the upper and lower cases to each other by removing a part of the adhesive 16. Thus, the surface wave generator can be formed very easily.

SOLUTION: A surface wave generating body constituted of upper and lower ceramic cases 10, 11 and a plate-like conductive member 14 is installed on a rotating base 8, and a food container 18 with frozen food items 19, 19,... arranged is placed on the upper face. When magnetrons 2, 3 are operated, surface wave is generated to the outer surface of the upper case 10, and the frozen food 19, 19,... is heated. Powerful surface wave is generated by using the upper case 10 placed on the upper side, and its intensity is rapidly lowered away from the surface of the upper case 10, so that the upper case 10 is installed on the upper side in order to concentratedly heat the lower part of food, while thawing of the upper part become gentle. When the lower case 11 is placed on the upper side, the intensity lowering of surface wave is gentle, and the food is heated properly up to the upper part.

SOLUTION: A surface wave generating body 10 is composed of a surface wave generating main body 15 in which plural belt-like standing-up pieces 14, 14,... are conductively arranged on an upper surface of a conductive plate-made base 13, a ceramic contour case which surrounds the whole surfaces of an upper surface, an under surface and a side surface of this surface wave generating body main body by an upper case 11 and a lower case 12 joined together by an adhesive 17 and is formed so that the upper surface of the upper case 11 and the under surface of the lower case 12 become mutually parallel surfaces and in which the base 13 of the surface wave generating main body is fixed to the inside lower surface side of the lower case 12 by an elastic adhesive and an air hole 20 formed so that the inside and the outside of the contour case can be communicated with each other by chipping a part of the adhesive 17 to join the upper case 11 and the lower case 12. Therefore, at necessary time, the surface wave generating body 10 is arranged on a rotary stand 8, and heating using a surface wave can be easily and safely performed only by placing frozen food on it, and an ordinary high frequency heating system having no surface wave generating body can be formed as a device capable of performing surface wave heating.
