摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a muddy water solidifying treatment apparatus capable of efficiently removing the muddy soil adhered to and deposited in the spaces between agitating vanes and screw vanes without any manual work. SOLUTION: When the adhesion of the muddy soil in a half solidified state into space parts between the agitating vanes 31 and the screw vanes 32 is known, an operator switches a selector valve 42 in an arrow (a) direction. The compressed air from a pump unit 40 is then admitted into the device and extrusion bags 34 are expanded to move mud displacing plates 33 to the inner side in a diametral direction, by which the muddy soil in the half solidified state adherend to and deposited in the spaces is completely discharged from the spaces.

Continuously, a C type retaining ring 2 of a C shape showing that a part of a ring is cut off is installed on the bolt recessed part 7. Continuously, the bolt 1 on which the C type retaining ring 2 is installed is pulled into the bolt hole 4, the C type retaining ring 2 is moved to a stepped part 4a of the bolt hole 4, and the bolt 1 is held on the segment 3.

SOLUTION: A retainer 40 having capacity, in which the hanger 50 corresponding to one segment ring can be installed, is mounted on a side face on the tail side of a suspended beam 24 for the erector 20. A segment 2 is assembled, the hanger 50 is removed from the segment 2 and set up to the retainer 40 by an operator, the erector 20 is rotated by driving a turning motor, and a slider section 27 is returned to the lower section of a shield. The process is repeated regarding one segment ring, the last hanger 50 corresponding to one segment ring is fitted to the retainer 40, the slider section 27 is returned to the lower section of the shield by turning the erector 20, and the hangers 50 corresponding to one segment ring are collected and recovered from the retainer 40 by the operator.

SOLUTION: Two right and left hoist rails 10 are built between a backward truck 11 and a backward deck 14 of a shield main body 1A, and a segment transferring device 12 is hung on the hoist rails 10. The segment transferring device 12 is equipped with a segment mounting holder having a fork section 13a, the holder is traveled along the hoist rails 10, and it is so constructed that slant movement and up the down motion can be made. An assembled segment 5 conveyed to the backward truck 11 from a tunnel outlet by a segment carrying truck 20 is mounted on the fork section 13a of the segment transferring device 12, and it is directly conveyed to a segment supply position along the hoist rails 10. Accordingly, even in case of curve execution, the segment can be accurately supplied to the supply position.

CONSTITUTION: After an assembly segment 42 is roughly positioned, steps and gaps at three positions on a boundary between the segment 42 and existing segments 41a to 41c are detected. Also, before detecting the steps and gaps, the long and short sides of the circumscribed square of optical cutting lines on both segments 41 and 42 are found. When the length of the short side exceeds the preset threshold, a cutout or a foreign material is judged to exist on a segment end. Regarding this method, when the end point of an ordinary slit beam cannot be extracted and a step and a gap cannot be accurately measured, then, an operator inputs correct step and gap information via an input device. Also, the segment 42 is automatically and finely adjusted to the required assembly position, using the correct step and gap information.

摘要： PURPOSE: To increase the working efficiency of construction, by correcting the posture of segments to the advancing direction or the radial direction around the axis by a transfer device to the radius and advance directions of a shield machine body. CONSTITUTION: Right and left jacks 13 for moving back and forth are actuated with a stroke difference to position the right and left rods 6 and rod guides 8 so as to generate a stroke difference. A hanging beam 10 is tilted and the segment 12 is inclined by a rolling angle against the assembled device. When the jacks 13 are stretched by the same stroke with each other, the segment 12 is transferred parallelly to the assembled device. When the right and left pushing jacks 7 are actuated to generate a stroke difference L3 in the rod 6 and the rod frame 9, the beam 10 is tilted by θR and the segment 12 is inclined by a rolling angle θ R. The jacks 7 are stretched by the same stroke and the segment is radially shifted. In this way, the posture of segment can be corrected without damage.

Light-section images A-A', B-B', C-C' produced by the slits of light are picked up by television cameras 4a, 4b, 4c. A clearance is measured, and correction and positioning are carried out based on the measured value. The rate of automation of segment assembling can thus be enhanced.

In terms of another means, an ascending/descending frame 3 is made to ascend in synchronization with the descent of the wedge 16, so that the vertical movement of the wedge 16 can be avoided when the casing 6 is held.
