    • PURPOSE:To control an azimuth in a simple way within a range which causes no practical difficulty by shifting a magnetic head in the direction rectangular to the radius direction of a magnetic sheet. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic head 46 having a tilt angle thetaa preadjusted within a prescribed allowance range is attached to a head carriage 42 to perform the primary control. An azimuth shift can be controlled within a prescribed range by turning a control tool 86 and moving the head 46 in the direction (B) rectangular to the radius direction of the head 46. If the head 46 has an azimuth error alpha, the head 46 is shifted to a position B which is distant away from a position A of the most inner circumference track (radius Rmin) by a distance d(Rmin X tanalpha) with which the error alpha is substantially set at zero. The azimuth error is produced as the head 46 comes closer to the most outer circumference track (radius Rmax). Then the azimuth error (a) is maximum at a position C. In this case, a residual azimuth error (a) of the most outer track can be practically ignored in view of the mechanical working accuracy.

    • PURPOSE:To simultaneously measure the size and right-angularity of a sheet through a simple operation from the output of a detector by providing a guide, which is at a right angle while acting as a standard guide plane 32, such that one detector is movably arranged at the right angle corner and that one detector is movably arranged at each of the two longitudinal and transverse sides. CONSTITUTION:There is erected on a surface 51 to e measured a guide 33 which is at a right angle while having a standard guide plane 32 and which is equipped with a detector 40 at its right angle corner and two slidable detectors 41 and 42 at the longitudinal and transverse sides. Along the guide 33, there is formed at a desired portion of the surface 51 a hole 34, through which the light of a projecting unit 31 is guided into the upper detector. The detector is equipped with two sensors 36 and 36' which receive through the hole 34 and light from the projecting unit 31 so that they generate outputs which are different in accordance with the standard plane when the sheet to be measured is pushed onto the guide plane 32. Moreover, the guide 33 is equipped with a paper holder 43 so that the sheet is accurately pushed onto the plant to be measured. Thus, the size and right-angularity of the sheet are simultaneously measured by the outputs of the detectors 40, 41 and 42 while moving the movable detectors 41 and 42.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a picture of a high resolution and a high definition by dividing a luminance signal to a high frequency component and a low frequency component, mixing the signal of the low frequency component with a chrominance signal, recording and recording the high frequency component on an adjacent guard band.     • PURPOSE:To instantaneously switch a recording face contactlessly with a floppy disk by inclining guide plates to generate negative or positive pressure, and attracting or energizing the floppy disk to either one of magnetic heads to record data on both sides of the floppy disk. CONSTITUTION:The 1st magnetic head 12 is separated from the floppy disk 11 by a distance longer than the separating distance of the 2nd magnetic head 13. On the other hand, the guide plates 14, 15 are arranged on the upstream side and downstream side of the 1st magnetic head 12. The guide plates 14, 15 are inclined to generate negative or positive pressure and the floppy disk 11 is attracted or energized to either one of the magnetic heads 12, 13 opposed by placing the disk 11 between them to record data on both sides of the disk 11. Consequently, the recording faces can be instantaneously switched contactlessly with the floppy disk 11.
