    • PURPOSE:To widen the frequency range while maintaining the sensitivity by adding the outputs of both differentiating and integrating circuit for the output of a position sensor. CONSTITUTION:The differentiating circuit 1 which differentiates the position sensor output of the actuator and the integrating circuit 2 which integrates a current flowing through the actuator are provided independently and the outputs of both the circuits 1 and 2 are added by an adding circuit 3 to detect the speed of the actuator. Then the time constants T1 and T2 of the circuits 1 and 2 are equalized to each other as shown an equation, where Bl is the power constant of the actuator (B: magnetic flux density, l: the length of coil crossing magnetic flux), M the mass of a movable part, Ps the position sensor sensitivity, Kc current detection sensitivity, G1 the gain of the circuit 1, G2 the gain of the circuit 2, and H the addition gain ratio (the gain of the circuit 3 to the integration output/the gain 3 of the circuit 3 to the differentiation output). Thus, the frequency range can be widened without decreasing the circuit gains and accurate speed detection is enabled regardless of fast speed variation.

    • PURPOSE:To realize a writing action while carrying out an erasing action by forming a gap between two spots formed by a 2-beam optical head. CONSTITUTION:A 2-beam optical head 5 emitts a leading erasing beam 6 and a subsequent recording beam 7 to the tracks of a magneto-optical recording medium 4 exclusive for single-side recording jobs. A magnetic field generating means 8 which produces an erasing external magnetic field is set with no contact to the opposite side of the medium 4 corresponding to the surface irradiated by the beam 6. Then the means 8 forms a closed magnetic path having a prescribed gap 9. The head 5 emitts the beam 6 to an area where the leaked magnetic flux of the line of magnetic force produced at one of two magnetic poles opposite to the gap 9 passes through the medium 4. At the same time, the head 5 emitts the beam 7 to an area where the leaked magnetic flux passes through the medium 4 in the opposite direction since said magnetic lux forms a closed magnetic pathe with the other magnetic pole. Thus both the erasing and writing actions are carried out at one time.

    • PURPOSE:To decrease the number of components by adhering a metallic film to a reflecting surface for a deflected laser beam, and uniting the reflecting surface with the scanning lens in level with the reflecting surface. CONSTITUTION:The laser light beam 6 is deflected by a polarizing polygon mirror 2 and enters the scanning lens 10 from a surface S1 on an incidence lens surface 15. The lens 10 has its lens main body 11 molded out of synthetic resin, a triangular plate part 13 is aligned with the surface S1, and a projection lens surface 16 is arranged opposite a photosensitive body 5. The incident beam travels in the plate part 13 to reaches the arrival surface and deflected downward and reflected by 90 deg. by the reflecting surface 12 where the metallic film 18 is adhered to become a laser beam 6a. The beam 6a scans on the photosensitive drum 5 from the projection lens surface 16. Further, the incidence lens surface 15 is concave, the projection surface 16 is convex, and they are both aspherical. In said constitution, the reflecting surface is united with the lens main body to decrease the number of components.
