摘要： PURPOSE:To enable continuous feeding of material for long time, by mounting many cases for containing many material on an endless belt to be driven continually while feeding out material from the case through a pusher mechanism. CONSTITUTION:A magazine for containing many material or handles 3 when mounting a handle to the mounting portion of container body such as a beer container, is mounted with many handle containing cases 46 between a pair of endless chains 43, 44 stetched over two pair of juxtaposed sprockets 39, 40. Each case 46 is formed to have one open side and L-shaped cross-section. At the position for taking out the handle, a handle 3 in the case 46 is pushed out to the side by meams of a pusher 50 to be slided by a cylinder 49 then fitted in a guide 52. Thereafter, it is fed forward by means of a pair of spiral brush rolls 54 to be passed one by one to a receiving plate 65.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a container turnaround device wherein a row of cans with their grips facing inward in a box are taken out all together from the box and they are put into the box again so that the grips are oriented outward. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of hand chucks 72 and pushers are provided on the underside of a hanger bracket 70 rotatably suspended from a lifter. The hanger bracket 70 is adapted to be driven to rotate by a rotation gear 81. A finger 74 of the chuck 72 holds the grip of the can to lift the can out of a box 31 and thereafter the can is turned through an angle of 180 deg. by the gear 81 and the can is then put into the box 31 again. The pusher prevents the can from being inclined when the can is lifted.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a container treatment device which puts containers like arranged bottles into a box by holding them with gripper and can change the pitch by the control of a simple cam plate even when the arrangement pitch of containers has been changed, in order to contain them into many kinds of boxes. CONSTITUTION:A frame body 52 is suspended in a grip head shifter 51 and a plurality of rails 55 are supported in the longer side direction and a plurality of rods 56 are suspended in the shorter side so as to freely slide respectively in the frame body 52. A gripper holder 54 provided with a gripper 53 at the front are fitted at the crossings of both rods and rails. These rails 55 and rods 56 are supported by cam plates 64, 60 respectively so as to freely slide. These cam plates 64, 60 are vertically movable and driven by a gear device 63 and an air cylinder 59 to adjust the pitch of rails 55 and the rods 56. As a result, the distance of the gripper holder 54 can be set at a specified pitch.

摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce cost and prevent blocking and damage of bottles through changing kinds of the bottles by providing an indexing device, which can enlarge its pitch to a required distance after putting the container, which has been pushed out from a container stopping device perpendicularly to the moving direction, on the indexing table, and also providing a conveyer for discharging the pushed-out container. CONSTITUTION:Bottles 12 carried to a bottle conveyer 11 are counted by means of a photoelectric switch 41. When four bottles have passed, the fifth and over bottles are stopped by means of a stopper 13, and the passed bottles are stopped by means of a stopper 40. Then, when a bottle pushing-out plate 14 pushes the four bottles into indexing tables 18a to 18d and stops them, a proximity switch 44 detects it, and stops a motor 16 and starts a motor 19. Then, the indexing tables 18d, 18c, 18b and 18a move together with the bottles 12 put on them. Next, the motor 16 is started again on the basis of a signal from the proximity switch 46 for advancing the pushing-out plate 14 further so as to push out the bottles 12 on a conveyer 48 having an indexing guide. In this case, a pitch of the indexing guide is taken so as to coincide with the interval of the indexing tables 18a to 18d in the expanded state, and in addition, when the conveyer 48 is stopped, position of the indexing guide is taken so as to coincide with the position of the guide plates of the indexing tables 18a to 18d.

Liquid is supplied to a liquid surface level in a bottle, discharge into a liquid storage tank through a gas exhaust tube of the air in the bottle is stopped, and charging of the liquid is completed. Thus, a liquid charging work and a seasoning work can be smoothened and facilitated.
