摘要： PURPOSE:To automatically replace the grip head of a case packer or uncaser transferring a number of containers by holding the container s with the grip head and boxing them or taking out them from the containers. CONSTITUTION:Containers are transferred by a bottle conveyor 3 and fed to a lining-up conveyor 4. A transfer frame 12 fitted to a fixed frame 6 to be both vertically and horizontally movable detachably supports a grip head unit 13 to hold the containers and stops on the lining-up conveyor 10 for cases to box them. When replacing the grip head unit 13, the transfer frame 12 is shifted to A or B of the grip head unit container base 2, where the replaced unit is contained in a vacant rail shelf of the transfer shelf unit 16 and another replacing unit is delivered to the transfer frame 12.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent cassettes from lifting and grip the neck parts of containers by a method wherein by performing the elevating motion of an opening/closing arm by an air cylinder, opening and closing of the container neck gripping part of a container holder are made possible, and the container holder is pressed from the top surface only when the air cylinder advances. CONSTITUTION:By a protruding motion of an air cylinder, a roller (d) of a container holder (a) is inserted in a groove 9a of an opening/closing arm 9. While a compression spring 20 is being compressed, a roller 18 ' descends and presses the top surface (e) of the container holder (a), and thus the container holder (a) is prevented from lifting. When the opening/closing arm 9 descends, bottle gripping plates 43 open by the descending of the roller (d), and the insertion of a container B to the container holder (a) becomes possible. In order to prevent the container B from lifting, the roller 18 ' keeps the contact condition with the top surface (e) of the container holder (a), and the roller (d), which is in the groove 9a of the opening/closing arm 9, is raised by giving a retracting motion to the air cylinder, and the gripping plates 43 grip the neck of the container B with a gripping force with is in proportion to the force of a tensile spring 45 in the closing direction of opening/closing plates 41.

When the rotors 13, 15 begin rotating, the nut 21 is moved vertically by the cam member, and the rotational shaft is turned thereby, and clamp members 6a, 6b are opened/closed. The adjustment of timing is carried out by moving the cam member 24 vertically by an adjustment bolt 32A.

Accordingly, the inertia moving operation of the driven changing member 4 is applied to the pistons 12, 13 via the rotating lever 8, as the reciprocation of the pistons 12, 13 rises, pressure of the back pressure chamber 10b, 11b in the cylinders 6, 7 is increased to conduct braking operation so that the deceleration of a load body can be smooth without provision of a special damping chamber.
