摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal power plant having excellent corrosion resistance capable of deciding a charging amount of a deoxidizer by using a result by clarifying a necessary deoxidizer concentration by measuring the corrosion electric potential in a boiler circulating water system and a method for managing its operation. SOLUTION: The thermal power plant having a water circulating system including a boiler, a turbine and a condenser comprises a means for measuring a corrosion potential of metal brought into contact with boiler water or feed water, and a means for regulating a concentration of a less toxic deoxidizer than a hydrazine so as to make corrosion potential lower than that of metal when deaerated. The method for managing an operation of the plant comprises the steps of measuring the corrosion potential of the metal brought into contact with boiler water or feed water by using a reference electrode and a potentiometer, and regulating the concentration of the deoxidizer so that its molecular weight is larger than that of the hydrazine and smaller than that of a tunnin and the concentration of the deoxidizer reacted with oxygen in water is lower than the potential of the metal when deaerated.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent the generations of noise and vibration by a method wherein a guidance device, providing a runner with pre-rotation, is provided at the entrance of the runner for the centrifual fan so as to be capable of providing the runner with proper pre-rotation in any air quantity zone. CONSTITUTION:The guidance device 9 is provided at the entrance of the runner of the centrifugal fan and the downstream of an air quantity regulating damper 8. The guidance device is consisting of a plurality of guide plates 9a and respective guide plates 9a are fixed in substantially parallel mutually with optimum angle to provide the runner with the pre-rotation. In case the air quantity is reduced by choking the air quantity regulating damper, the guidance device 9 is independent of said damper 8, therefore, the angle of the guidance device 9 may be maintained independently of the opening degree of the damper. Accordingly, the direction of airflow is changed forcibly in the guidance device 9 into a direction in accordance with the angle of the guide plate 9 even if the direction of suction in the air quantity regulating damper 8 is any other direction, and the proper pre-rotation is provided to the runner. As a result, noise and vibration may be prevented in any zone of air quantity.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent jetted fluid from overflowing from a tray type pan when a safety valve is operated for jetting steam by fixing a pipe to the bottom face of the tray type pan with the pipe vertical end part protruded above a cylindrical seal ring height. SOLUTION: When a safety valve is not operated, an expansion difference between a safety valve side pipe 3 and an exhaust pipe 1 can be absorbed because mutual fixing is not accomplished between a tray type pan 2 and a seal ring 4 and between the seal ring 4 and the exhaust pipe 1. On the other hand, when the safety valve is operated and steam is blown out, a pressure from the upper end part of the seal ring 4 is larger than an atmospheric pressure P working on the outside of the exhaust pipe 1, so that a force pressing the seal ring 4 downward relatively works, and consequently, the jetted fluid is prevented from jetting out from between the lower end of the seal ring 4 and the bottom face of the tray type pan 2.
