摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air bag system capable of easily assembling an inflator main body for constituting an inflator and a diffuser and capable of stably supporting the inflator main body. SOLUTION: This air bag system M1 is provided with an air bag 11 and an inflator 20. The inflator 20 is provided with an inflator main body 21 having a gas discharge port 24 capable of discharging inflation gas on the tip side, and a diffuser 38 for covering the inflator main body and guiding inflation gas discharged from the gas discharge port to a gas inflow part 14 of the air bag. The inflator 20 is assembled b bringing the whole periphery of the outer peripheral surface 25a on the root side from the gas discharge port in the tip side part 22 of the inflator main body into pressure-contact with the whole periphery of the inner peripheral surface 40a of the diffuser and fixing the root side part 29 of the inflator main body to the diffuser by a recessed part 43.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air bag for a head part protection air bag device capable of minimizing the interference with a head rest even when a clearance between a pillar part and a seat is narrow. SOLUTION: This air bag 11 for the head part protection air bag device comprises a gas supply passage part 14 formed along the longitudinal direction of a vehicle, and an inflating shielding part 15 covering a car interior side of the pillar part and a window when being developed and inflated, on its upper edge side, and the inflation shielding part 15 is provided with a pillar part side inflating part 16D covering the car interior side of the pillar part, and window side inflating parts 16A, 16B, 16C, 16E covering the car interior side of the window. A front adjacent part 16C and a back adjacent part 16E adjacent to the pillar part side inflating part 16D at its front and back, form an opening of an inflow port 18 at a gas supply passage part 14 side, and the pillar part side inflating part 16D is substantially closed by a non-inflow part 25C at its gas supply passage part 14 side, and form openings of inflow ports 19, 19 communicating the front adjacent part 16C with the back adjacent part 16E at its downstream side.
