    • PURPOSE:To eliminate the corrosion of the bare copper wire part of a power transmis sion and distribution line and to enable protecting the terminal part of said line over a long period of time, by inserting an insulating cap, where the inner part of a closed end cylindrical insulator is filled with a heat-resistant sealant, into said terminal part. CONSTITUTION:An insulating cap 4, where the inner part of a closed-end cylindrical insulator 2 is filled with a heat-resistant sealant 3, is inserted into the terminal part 1 of a power transmission and distribution line. For example, a polyethylene closed-end cylindrical insulator 2 of 28mm inner diameter, 30mm outer diameter and 120mm length is filled up to a 90mm height from its bottom with a butyl rubber-based heat- resistant sealant 3, which does not hang down by its empty weight even if it is heated at 100 deg.C with a viscosity of 3000 poise (at 20 deg.C) to make an insulating cap 4. On the other hand, an insulating layer of 20mm length from the end of a copper wire of about 28mm diameter is stripped off to form a terminal part 1, which is inserted into said cap 4 and subjected to a terminal insulation processing. In this manner, the corrosion of a bare copper wire part 1' can be eliminated and the terminal part 1 can be protected over a long period of time.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the gas leakage prevention structure of a gas piping excellent in a durability which can seal easily and surely for the step difference portion of a joint with a simple work at a piping site while continuing the gas supply under not necessitating fire, prevent the recurrence of a gas leakage stably until a regular repair and can disassemble easily at the regular repair time. SOLUTION: This is composed by covering the outside of an inside seal layer 2 composed by adhering and covering the gas leakage part 12 on the outer periphery of a gas piping 1 by the adhesive sheet 21 of a rubber system base material and by the adhesive sheet or tape 22 of a plastic system base material thereon by an outside seal layer 3 with a deform resisting property formed at a normal temperature. Thereby, a temporary repair for gas leakage prevention excellent in durability can be achieved by sealing to the large area part of a joint in a short time simple work under a normal temperature by the winding of the sheet and the impregnation of a resin.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sacrificial protection material high in anti-corrosive effect at a low cost, by dispersing a prescribed zinc powder in a base material of a synthetic resin. SOLUTION: In the anti-corrosive material, >=65% of zinc powder, >=25% of which has >=150μm particle diameter, per the whole is dispersed. The resistivity of a materail having electric conductivity obtained by the dispersed particle is shown by the sum of the internal resistance of the molecule and the contact resistance of a particle contact part. Since the internal resistance of a metal such as zinc is small, the sum of the contact resistance greatly affects the whole resistivity. Then, the sum of the contact resistance becomes small by decreasing the number of the zinc particle arranged in a fixed thick coating film by dispersing the zinc powder having relatively large particle diameter such that >=150μm in the same concentration compared to that by incorporating a zinc powder having smaller particle diameter in the same concentration. That is, anti-corrosive current is increased by making the whole resistivity sufficiently small and as a result, excellent sacrificial protection effect is attained.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent release at low speed even when a pasting type seal material is stuck and used at a stepped section or an irregular position, and to maintain the mechanical protection of a tacky sealing compound in a support base material for a prolonged term by coating the rear of a nonwoven fabric, a surface of which is coated with a resin film, with the tacky sealing compound. CONSTITUTION:The surface side of a nonwoven fabric 1 is coated with a resin film 2, the resin film 2 is formed in an extremely thin shape so as not to have a substantially dynamic effect on the nonwoven fabric 1, and a resin having large elongation is used. A tacky sealing compound 3 applied on the rear side of the nonwoven fabric 1 is thickened sufficiently so that the tacky seal compound 3 is pressed and can be penetrated enough into clearances. Particularly excellent waterproofness is obtained by rubber pressure-sensitive adhesives, in which a tackifier and a softening agent are mixed into a main polymer such as a butyl rubber, a natural rubber, etc. Release paper 4 is laminated on the rear of the tacky sealing compound 3. The spun-bonded nonwoven fabric of a polyester fiber are particularly superior as the nonwoven fabric 1.
