CONSTITUTION:5-30wt.% rubbery polymer preferably comprising an olefin rubber and 0.5-20wt.% silane coupling agent having at least one mercapto, vinyl or methacryloxy group in the molecule, or chelate titanate coupling agent are dissolved in a solvent preferably comprising a lower aliphatic hydrocarbon or aromatic hydrocarbon. If necessary, a tackifier, a filler, a softening agent, an age resister, etc., are added to the solution.

摘要： PURPOSE:To form an anti-corrosion layer by the time when a heated medium begins to flow, by adding cross linking agent and peroxide to an anchor coat or an adhesive layer, in a method of anti-corrosion treatment for coating a layer to be protected from corrosion with the anchor coat of rubber polymer and an anti-corrosion tape which has an adhesive layer. CONSTITUTION:An anchor coat which is composed of rubber polymer as its main component is applied on a layer which is subjected to anti-corrosion treatment of a steel tube and soon and lapped with an anti-corrosion tape which has an adhesive layer composed of rubber polymer as its main component. The anchor coat and the adhesive layer is prepared by adding 0.05 to 10 parts by weight of peroxide, such as hydrogen peroxide, hydroperoxide, ketoneperoxide, dial kylperoxide to a tackfier and so on mixed with rubber polymer, such as butyl rubber, ethylene propylene rubber, and furthermore adding thereto 0.1 to 20 parts by weight of thiuram, quinone or thiazole type cross linking agent. As a result, displacement and wrinkling of the adhesive caused by rising of pipe temperature soil pressure and so on, do not occur. Moreover excellent anti-corrosive capacity is provided.
