摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic cap having improved separation functions wherein a user is prevented from breaking a score by mistake and the cap can be removed from a mouth of a container without using a special tool. SOLUTION: A cap body 1 fitted on a mouth of a container and a top cover are provided, and a cylindrical side wall of the body 1 is comprised of a first cylindrical side wall 6 connected to a top plate 5 and a second cylindrical side wall 8 which is connected to the wall, 6 through a horizontal flange wall 7 and extends downward. In the wall 7 between the wall 6 and the wall 8, an opening 30 is provided. In the opening 30, a tear-off tab 32 is turnably connected to the wall 7 through a hinge and two tear-off scores 33a, 33b extend respectively from the opposite ends of a root of the tab 32. And when the top cover is opened, the tab is raised above the upper surface of the wall 7 and when the top cover is closed, it is brought into contact with the lower end of the top cover so as to be forced into the opening 30.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hinge cap which has an upper lid connected to a cap body via a hinge, and a small lid attached to and detached from a cylindrical spout via a hinge in the upper lid, and which causes the small lid to open and close in an interlocking move with opening/closing of the upper lid. SOLUTION: The hinge cap includes the cap body which has an upper face wall and a side wall that are fitted on the mouth of a container, and the upper lid connected to the cap body via the outer hinge. The cap body upper face wall has the cylindrical spout which extends upward slantly and laterally at the opposite side to the outer hinge, and the small lid opening/closing the spout is connected to the upper front end of the spout via the inner hinge. The small lid has a collar at the opposite side to the inner hinge, and the upper lid has a flap piece at the opening/closing side of the upper lid, where the flap piece is folded inward radially of the upper lid. The small lid opens and closes freely as the flap piece operating in an interlocking move with opening/closing of the upper lid controls opening/closing of the small lid of the spout. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a trouble like an erroneous rupture of score by an ordinary user from occurring with no score-rupturing tab provided at the external face of a cylindrical side wall, and to make a cap easily removable by hand from a mouth part of a container without using a special tool. SOLUTION: The present cap is composed of a cap main body 1 to be fitted and fixed to a mouth part of a container and an upper lid 2 to be provided for covering the cap main body 1, and the cap main body 1 is constructed, being equipped with a top plate part 5 whereon a contents-pouring opening can be formed and a cylindrical side wall 6 extending from the peripheral edge of the top plate part 5. A protuberance 20 for engagement with the external face of the mouth part of the container is formed at the inner face of the cylindrical side wall 6 while an annular score 30 is formed on a position at the underside of the protuberance 20, and the lower end of the cylindrical side wall 6 is curved toward the inside so that it can be fitted into a groove formed at the external face of the mouth part of the container. A slit 31, being a starting point for rupture for the annular score 30, is extending upward from the lower end of the cylindrical side wall 6 up to a point not reaching to the annular score 30.
