    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workbility before and after a pressure test by combining an opening bottom part closing body, an opening intermediate part closing body and an opening top part closing body to form a closing part in a pressure vessel opening part closing device in case of mounting the closing part to an opening part of a vessel to perform the pressure test. SOLUTION: In case of performing the pressure test of a feed water heater, a closing part 23 composed of an opening top part closing body 28, an opening intermediate part closing body 27 and an opening bottom part closing body 26 is inserted in an opening part 25 of a feed water outlet nozzle. At this time, the closing part 23 is slided in the opening part 25 using a main guide and an auxiliary guide 43, and a clevis 47 of the opening bottom part closing body 26 is rotated to bring cutout parts 63 into contact with protective pieces 54. In this state, a gauge is fitted to the closing part 23 to perform the pressure test. A sealing member 41 therefore prevents water leakage, and the closing body 27 is automatically set by the pressing force of a hydraulic mechanism part 31. The closing body 27 is therefore maintained positively in a specified position by a closing body supporting part 32 even in case of the pressing force of the hydraulic mechanism part 31 becoming excessive.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent ununiformity of a fastening force of a fastening bolt by arranging a spacer composed of a rigid material in the internal circumferential side of a plurality of fastening bolts and linking a seal along the whole internal circumference of a spacer. SOLUTION: A spacer 7 which has an outer diameter (d) and an annulus ring cross section and is composed of a steel pipe is arranged between a flat seal face S1 of a flange 2 and a flat seal face S2 of a flange 5, and a U- sectional lip self seal 8 composed of an elastic material such as rubber is arranged along its whole internal circumference. When a fastening bolt 4 is fastened, the seal faces S1, S2 abut on the spacer 7, a tip 8a of the self seal 8 abuts on the seal faces S1, S2 so as to be deformed, and their interval (H) before the deformation becomes (d). When fluid pressure in a pressure vessel 1 increases, the lip 8a presses against the seal faces S1, S2 by a press contact force (F) so as to prevent leakage of pressure fluid. The interval (d) is unifiedly decided by the spacer 7 so that the fastening of the fastening bolt 4 is facilitated and inferiority caused by overfastening and insufficient fastening can be prevented.
