摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking stove with a grill, composed in such a way that how food in the grill is cooked can be favorably recognized without drawing a handle to open/close the grill, in which the actuation area of a shutter provided below an observation window plate is reduced, while the area of the observation window is increased.
SOLUTION: The shutter 41 provided below the observation window to the grill 12 to be openable/closable is formed of a plurality of split plates 43, and a plurality of the split plates are interlocked to be rotated for a half round around each link rod 44 in a blind structure. Compared with the shutter 41 when formed of a single plate to be rotated, the rotation radius is reduced, and the actuation space for the shutter 41 is reduced. Even in a case where the area of the observation window is enlarged, the area of each split plate 43 is unchanged, however, the number of the split plates 43 is increased to increase the area of the shutter 41, thereby the actuation space for the shutter need not be increased in the vertical direction.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain a high temperature by avoiding temperature nonuniformity in cooking space that uses the heat exchanger of a petroleum combustor.
SOLUTION: A hot-air type heater has a burner 2 and a combustion chamber 3 within a frame 1. A lower heat exchanger 5, exhaust communication cylinders 6, 6a and an upper heat exchanger 5a are provided on top of the combustion chamber 3 to create a cooking space 7 surrounded between the upper and lower heat exchangers 5a, 5 and the exhaust communication cylinders 6, 6a. A windscreen 8 for blocking air from a fan 4 installed on the back face of the frame 1 is disposed between the fan 4 and the cooking space 7. The windscreen 8 comprises a back plate 8 covering the fan 4 side of the cooking space 7 and a side plate 8b whose tip is connected to the exhaust communication cylinders 6, 6a. A heat-retaining plate 10 extending forwards from the back plate 8a of the windscreen 8 is provided on each side of the cooking space 7 via the exhaust communication cylinders 6, 6a and a gap 9 to create a heat-retaining space 11 surrounded by the heat-retaining plate 10, the exhaust communication cylinders 6, 6a and the windscreen 8. The heat-retaining space 11 is kept at a high temperature by heat radiated from the exhaust communication cylinders 6, 6a, and a temperature difference in the cooking space 7 is eliminated by the heat of the heat-retaining space 11 whereby the cooking space can be maintained at a high temperature.
