    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To excellently bend a double tube of small diameter while an inner tube holder to regulate the bending displacement of the inner tube is dispensed with. SOLUTION: A local part of an inner circumference of an inner tube 1 is heated in the circumferential direction by a heating coil 6 for the inner tube, and the compressive load in the axial direction is given to the inner tube 1, and a heated part is locally swollen to form an annular inner tube projected part 1b in which a forward end outer circumferential surface is abutted on the inner circumferential surface of an outer tube 2. The outer circumferential surface of the outer tube 2 is restricted by an outer tube holder 9 at the position corresponding to the inner tube projected part 1b in the axial direction. An inner circumferential local part of the inner tube 1 and an outer-circumferential local part of the outer tube 2 are respectively heated by the heating coil 6 for the inner tube and a heating coil 7 for the outer tube in the circumferential direction at the position away from the inner tube projected part 1b and the outer tube holder 9 by the prescribed distance in the axial direction, and the inner tube 1 and the outer tube 2 are bent by applying the bending moment to the heated parts of the inner tube 1 and the outer tube 2 while the inner tube 1 and the outer tube 2 relatively moved in the axial direction to the outer tube holder 9.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a method for machining a metallic fine tube so that the reliability for the mixture of a dust or a metal impurity can be improved and the production cost can be controlled. CONSTITUTION:The internal part of a stainless fine tube 10 is filled with gaseous argon, the place to be bent of the fine tube 10 is heated to the state of a high temperature with an electric heaters 6-1 to 6-3 and 7, ad in this state, the fine tube is bent. In such constitution, the crack or the strain is hardly generated in a tube internal wall. Further, since gaseous argon is filled inside the tube, the generation of the corrosion like rust, etc., on the internal wall of tube due to heating the fine tube can be prevented, and the internal part of the fine tube can be also kept clean after bending. Therefore, even if the tube internal wall is not treated with an electrolytic polishing, the generation of the dust or the metallic impurity from the fine metal itself can be prevented, the reliability against the mixture of the dust or the impurity can be improved and the production cost can be also controlled.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent an outer pipe from buckling and cracking by providing a support member to axially support one end of an inner pipe part on a draw/ bend die and pressing the other end of the inner pipe part through a pressing die. CONSTITUTION:The outer pipe 4b of the double pipe 4 is clamped by a clamp die 2 and the draw/bend die 1 and bent by rotating the bending die 1 in the direction of an arrow mark(chevron) as it is restrained by a pressure die 3. The front end of the inner pipe 4a is supported by a jig 13 and the rear end is supported by a pressing die 5 as it is acted by pressure and bent as a pressing vector is acted in the direction of an arrow (b). A suitable bending moment (a) is acted by the behavior of the jig 13 generated by rotation of the draw/bend die 1 on the inner pipe 4a and the inner pipe is pushed and bent smoothly. A core bar 7 into which a heater 8 is interpolated is inserted into the inner pipe 4a and the inner pipe is pressed and bent more smoothly by the thermal operation of the heater without being flattened.
