    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic film transistor array, and a method of manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method comprises the steps of: forming a first pixel electrode pattern, a source electrode pattern, a drain electrode pattern, and a data line pattern by forming a first transparent conductive film layer and a source and drain metal film layer on a base substrate in order, and subsequently performing a first patterning process; forming an organic semiconductor island pattern and a gate insulating island pattern which are located over the source and drain electrode patterns by forming an organic semiconductor film layer and a gate insulating film layer in order, and subsequently performing a second patterning process; forming a data line pad region by forming a single passivation layer film, and subsequently performing a third patterning process; and forming a second pixel electrode pattern, a gate electrode pattern, and a gate line pattern by forming a second transparent conductive film layer and a gate metal film layer in order, and subsequently performing a fourth patterning process.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an organic EL display device including an organic EL element having the same element characteristics as an organic EL element formed with a metal mask or the like in a vacuum consistency state while using a photolithographic patterning method.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of an organic EL display device which includes an organic EL element composed of a first electrode, a second electrode, and an organic compound layer disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode and in which the organic compound layer is patterned comprises: an organic compound layer formation step of forming an organic compound layer on the first electrode; a peeling layer formation step of forming a peeling layer on the organic compound layer; a processing step of patterning the peeling layer and the organic compound layer; and a surface layer processing step of removing a surface layer of the peeling layer. The peeling layer is a deposition film composed of an organic compound which has charge transport properties and is soluble in a polar solvent.
