摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solution which adjusts the frequency of a torsional mode (such as a generator rotor torsional mode) of interest of a rotating body, by adding a detuner to act as an undamped torsional vibration absorber.
SOLUTION: The detuner 106 can be coupled to an overhung shaft 105 which is extended from the rotating body 100. The weight of the detuner 106 can be added or reduced easily in order to adjust the rigidity and/or the inertia of the overhung shaft 105, since the detuner 106 is a module assembling type. The torsional frequency of the overhung shaft 105, which is substantially similar to the natural frequency of the torsional mode of interest, is obtained by changing this rigidity and/or the inertia, therefore forcing the frequency of the torsional mode of interest of the rotating body 100 above or below its torsional natural frequency.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a single-shaft combined plant provided with an emergency shut-off oil system having such a constitution that a steam turbine can be independently stopped, and even when a trip valve provided to a gas turbine emergency shut-off oil line can not be opened due to failure, a gas turbine can be surely stopped. SOLUTION: The emergency shut-off oil system is constituted such that only the steam turbine 40 is stopped when a trip solenoid valve 47 for a governing valve is opened; in an emergency shut-off oil line 42 for fuel gas control valve, an emergency shut-off oil line 43 for fuel oil control valve, and an emergency shut-off oil line 46 for governing valve a master trip solenoid valve 51 is connected, via check valves 48, 49, and 50, respectively, and when the master trip solenoid valve 51 is opened, both of the steam turbine 2 and the gas turbine 1 are stopped.
