    • PURPOSE:To prevent occurrence of pollutional defect such as noise, scattering of dust, discharge of harmful gas, etc. at the stage of releasing high pressure exhaust gas from the top of a blast furnace by adding a little reconstruction to an existing equalizing device at a top charging hopper of a blast furnace operating at a high pressure. CONSTITUTION:When a raw material is charged to a two-bells one-valve type high top pressure operation blast furnace 1, a primary equalizing valve 18 in a primary equalizing pipe 17 connecting to a small bell hopper 6 is opened, and the gas in said hopper 6 is stored in the primary equalizing pipe 17 up to a stop valve 29 to perform the primary release. Then the valve 18 is closed and a releasing valve 25 is opened to perform the secondary release of the hopper 6; a sealing valve 9 is opened and the raw material is fed to the small bell hopper 6 through a swing chute 2. The stored waste gas between the valves 18 and 29 is then returned back to the hopper 6 to equalize the pressure in the hopper 6 to the inside pressure of a large bell hopper 7; thus, the small bell 4 is lowered and the raw material is charged to the large bell hopper 7. The large bell hopper 7 and the top of the blast furnace 11 are connected with an equalizing pipe 10 and the pressure inside of both are equalized. The large bell 5 is thus lowered and the raw material is fed to the furnace 11.

    • PURPOSE:To protect an energy recovering device system during the blow-through of a blast furnace by providing a cooling fluid injector and plural temp. sensors on the upper stream side of a dry dust collector and decreasing the temp. of the waste gas of an abnormally high temp. in the blast furnace down to a safe temp. CONSTITUTION:The waste gas from the top of a blast furnace 1 is fed through a coarse particle removing device 3 and a dry dust collector 4 to a turbine 9, which converts the energy stored in the waste gas to electric energy by a power generator 10. Two temp. sensors 15A, 15B are disposed in the pipeline 2 on the upper stream side of the collector 4 near the blast furnace 1 and a cooling fluid injector 16 is disposed near the pipeline 2 on the upper stream side of the collector 4. When the sensors 15A, 15B detect the temp. of the waste gas from the furnace 1 and transmit the respective signals to a high selector 17, the selector 17 actuates the injector 16 to eject the cooling fluid into the pipeline 2 in accordance with the higher temp. signal, so that the waste gas is cooled down to a safe temp.

    • PURPOSE:To effectively recover heat energy of blast furnace gas by compressing the blast furnace gas, by means of a compressor, burning it together with compressed air and then supplying them to a gas turbine. CONSTITUTION:Blast furnace gas which is fed out of a blast furnace 3 is cleared of dust and mist by the primary dust arrester 6 and a dry dust collector 5 and a part of the gas is flown to the second gas line 7 and the other part thereof is flown to the third gas line 14. The blast furnace gas which is flown to the second gas line 7 is compressed by a compressor 9, fed into a combustor 10, and burnt together with compressed air which is sent from a compressed air line 12. The resultant burnt gas with high temperature and high pressure is supplied into a gas turbine 8 to revolve a generator 13. Meanwhile, the other part of the blast furnace gas which is flown to the second gas line 7 turns a dry type blast furnace top pressurizing gas turbine 15 and is thereafter stored in a gas holder. The blast furnace gas which is fed out of the gas turbine 8 is furthermore sent to a hot air furnace 2 for heat recovery therein.
