    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispensing valve for fluids that can be easily used by requiring only a minimal force to be exerted on the valve actuator to maintain the valve in an open position.SOLUTION: A resilient valve actuator 24 having the characteristics of a nonlinear spring 25 is provided at an actuator end of the valve body 13 and operatively connected to a plunger 21, to the opposite end of which a resilient valve 19 is attached. Immediate discharge outlet 16 is disposed between the actuator end and a valve sheet. The discharge outlet is placed so that a fluid communicates with the interior of a fluid container to which the valve is attached when the valve is in an open position.

The plug is equipped with a cap 4 in which a pressing cylinder 23, fitted liquid-tightly into the nozzle cylinder 11 by pressing in the rod plug 3, is suspended from a top wall 24. A communication groove 19 is provided in an upper outer periphery of a part, capable of being fitted into the nozzle cylinder 11, of the rod plug 3; and an annular recess 26 is formed in a lower part of an outer periphery of the pressing cylinder 23, so that the inside of the measurement chamber A can primarily communicate with the outside thereof via the communication groove 19 and the annular recess 26 in the removal of the cap 4, and so that the internal pressure can be reduced before the application of the liquid.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To well pour out an appropriate amount and also to scatter, massage and dry hair by combining a pour-out plug with a valve for opening the valve with pressure to make contents flow out with a massage plug comprising a plurality of air nozzles protruding. SOLUTION: A hair restoring agent or the like is received in a container (a) and used with a cap (f) removed. That is, after respective air nozzles 5 of a massage plug 2 are brought into contact with a head skin, the container (a) is moved toward the head skin, whereby both inner and outer peripheral walls 15, 16 of the massage plug 2 are compressed only in a longitudinal direction around a pour-out cylinder 10 and air in an internal space 4 is ejected from each of the air nozzles 5 onto the head skin. In addition, a pressing protrusion 12 is pressed simultaneously, and a valve body 11 retreats against a helical spring 13 to be separated from a valve seat 9, so that the hair restoring agent or the like in the container (a) flows out from a valve hole 8. Therefore, hairs can be scattered and dried, while the head skin can be massage.

CONSTITUTION: In an apparatus measuring the concn. of the substance to be measured in a soln. using an enzyme electrode 6, the rear surface of the foaming member 2 of a liquid supply apparatus is brought into contact with the surface of the enzyme electrode 6 at a time of non-measurement to prevent the evaporation of the soln. That is, the surface of the enzyme electrode 6 is washed, buffered and moistened by the liquid bled from the foaming member 2. When the enzyme electrode 6 is separated from the foaming member 2 at the time of measurement, the foaming member 2 is restored to reduce the pressure in a tank 1 but an air valve 3 is opened by the engagement of a pin 8 with the air valve 3 at the time of the movement of the enzyme electrode 6 and the air in an air chamber 3d penetrates into the tank 1 to eliminate the negative pressure in the tank replenish the foaming member 2 with the liquid.
