    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extremely handy cap which has a virgin seal allowing a user to recognize the unused state of a container at a glance from the outside, in addition to a virgin seal closing a delivery passage, and removes both seals simultaneously by a simple operation. SOLUTION: A sealing cylinder 2 is fitted on the outer periphery of a container neck part 12, the cylinder 2 having a bored peek hole having demarcated easily severable upper/lower narrow parts. An inner stopper 3 is placed in the neck part 12, where an inner cylinder 32 whose lower end is blocked with a blocking plate 34 breakable to a press is fitted into the inner stopper 3. A cap body 4 is put on the sealing cylinder 2, where the cap body 4 can be screwed down. When the cap body 4 is screwed down, a delivery cylinder 42 of the cap body 4 breaks and removes the blocking plate 34 as the cap body 4 compresses and deforms the sealing cylinder 2 to sever the narrow parts.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a discharging container capable of discharging only a measured quantity of contents by a simple operation. SOLUTION: The fixed quantity discharging container includes a nozzle head 2 having a leading-end opening 2a, an attachment 3 having inside the nozzle head a partition 3a defining a measuring chamber m whose cross-section is recessed, a slider 4 movable forward/backward while sliding along the partition of the attachment, and a over cap 7. The slider comprises a base 4a, which forms a passage t connecting the measuring chamber and the inside of the container at the stop end when moved backward in the direction of the bottom of the container and which closes the passage when moved forward. The slider also comprises a head 4b, which is connected to a base, defines a minute gap c between the leading-end opening of the nozzle head and itself, projects from the leading-end opening by the forward movement of the slider and retracts inside by its backward movement. The head has a valve 5 for closing the gap in firm contact with the distal end of the leading-end opening.
