    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire and a method of manufacturing the pneumatic tire in which, when using a sheet-like rubber divided in a tire circumferential direction, a setup time for a tire having a different inch size in a tire radial direction is reduced, and tire uniformity is improved. SOLUTION: Divided sheets S1, S2, ... of the sheet-like rubber are spliced at positions where the rubber is divided in the tire circumferential direction by a plurality of integer values N1, N2, ..., the total value of which becomes the nominal diameter value of the tire. Therefore, some of these divided sheets can be commonly used by using the sheet-like rubbers having a tire circumferential length corresponding to a common integer value. These sheet-like rubbers are arranged so that their respective splice positions are mutually shifted in the tire circumferential direction, thereby improving the tire static balance performance.
