      SOLUTION: The thermoplastic elastomer composition includes (A) 20-80 pts.wt. of an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer having an ethylene composition ratio of 20-50 mol% and a saponification degree of 90% or more, (B) 80-20 pts.wt. of a sheet silicate-modified polyamide resin produced by intercalative polymerization, (C) a hydrophobic plasticizer in an amount of 10-50 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the sum of the component (A) and the component (B), and (D) a modified polymer having an acid anhydride group in an amount of 60-150 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the sum of the component (A) and the component (B). The component (D) forms a dispersed phase, wherein the component (D) is dispersed in a matrix phase composed of the components (A), (B), and (C).
