    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a texturing device for the surface of a brake disc which has three die plates and a plurality of spring holding portions between two die plates.SOLUTION: A gear tool is attached to an upper surface of an anvil on a middle die plate for an upper die plate. The upper die plate and the middle die plate move on a plurality of posts held by a bottom die plate. The gear tool has a plurality of blades each of which has a plurality of gear inserts which are held in a cartridge device and exchangeable. The anvil receives a brake disc from a brake disc supply mechanism that is differently held. The completed die set can be assembled on a work table, and a ram of a press device is inserted into an arbitrary type press machine which contacts with the upper die plate so as to be quickly available.

    • PURPOSE:To aim at the promotion of miniaturization and lightweightiness in a device, by injecting high pressure water jettingly with a high pressure liquid nozzle from both upper and lower sides of each electronic component part in the point midway in pitch feed of these electronic parts such as a thin type integration circuit or the like being molded and thereby removing burrs on both upper and lower surfaces. CONSTITUTION:Each mold part or a work is fed at a pitch P in an arrow B direction, and receives a jetting injection by a high pressure water nozzle 5 from the upside of a position 4b. With this injection, all large burrs and small burrs and foreign substances sticking to an upper surface are all removed. Next, the mold parts fed at the pitch to a position 4c receive the jetting injection from a lower part by a high pressure water nozzle 5b'' whereby small burrs and foreign substances at the lower surface side are all removed, thus deburring is over. Thus when these high pressure water nozzles 5a and 5b are installed in both upper and lower parts of these positions 4b and 4c of electronic parts, there is unnecessary to turn over top and bottom of each of mold parts in the midway of pitch-feed the mold part at the position 4b up to the position 4c.
