    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the butt welding of a double pipe by laser beam welding irrespective of the length of the pipe without disposing a rolling mechanism outside the pipe.SOLUTION: A laser beam welding device includes: a laser welding head 12 including an optical system that causes a laser beam brought by an optical fiber 34 to be reflected by a reflective mirror 33 to irradiate the inner periphery of the pipe of an object to be welded with the reflected light; the rolling mechanism 14 for supporting the laser welding head 12 in a position where the axis line of the laser welding head 12 is eccentrically positioned relative to the tube axis of the pipe, and swirling the laser welding head 12 around the rotation axis located on the tube axis; and a fixation mechanism 16 for pressing a plurality of fixing pads 21 stored in a barrel 20 coupled coaxially with the rolling mechanism 14 to the inner periphery of the pipe, fixing the barrel 20 coaxially with the tube axis and also fixing the position of the laser welding head 12 in the tube axial direction.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a test and repair method and test and repair system of reactor jet pumps for conducting integrity confirming test and repair work of inner surface of whole jet pump including a riser pipe without removing an inlet mixer.
      SOLUTION: A flexible cable 22 and a flexible sending rod 25 which is rotatably connected with the flexible cable 22 are combined with a tool head 21 loading a test and repair tool 35. When the inner surface of a diffuser 10 is tested or repaired, the flexible cable 22 and the sending rod 25 are extended almost linearly, and the tool head 21 is inserted in the diffuser 10. When the riser pipe 6 inside is tested and repaired, the flexible cable 22 and the sending rod 25 are folded to overlap and the tool head 21 is once inserted in the diffuser 10. Then the insertion direction of the sending rod 25 is reversed and the tool head 21 is inserted in the riser pipe 6.
