SOLUTION: An opening and closing lid 28 at the cylinder end is slid to approach and separate in the axial direction of a sleeve to conduct opening and closing action, and comprises a tap 49 having a collar part 47 provided with a seal part in the peripheral edge, which is integrated with the tip of a transmission shaft 48 held on a slide base frame 44 through a bearing, and a back-up ring 50 which is moved in the same manner as the tap 49 in the axial direction of the cylinder and screw-engaged with a thread 65 cut in the inner edge of the immovably assembled cylinder end in rotation. The back-up ring 50 is subjected to transmission by a servo motor 52 installed on the slide base frame 44 through an internal gear 53 provided on the inner periphery thereof and controlled to rotate, and the tap is provided with a fixing means for preventing unnecessary rotation of a bucket 36 for storing a material to be processed and a means for engaging and disengaging the tap with the internal gear 53 for controlling the attitude of the bucket 36, and a series of handling is enabled by the lid opening and closing operation and a driving source for the above operation.

    • PURPOSE:To provide the cutting device which can make mass production of guide rollers by rotating a work put on the revolving pin of a second drum by means of a belt and cutting the outside diameter of this work by means of a cutting blade. CONSTITUTION:The work 17 subjected to deburring on the inside diameter edge is inserted from a feeder 21 via a chute 22 into a fitting hole 18 of a flange part 15 of a first drum 3. The work 17 is then put on the revolving pin 19 provided in the flange part 16 of the second drum 4. The work 17 is brought into pressurized contact with the belt 40 provided above the second drum and the work 17 is also rotated by the rotation of the belt 40. The cutting blade 51 provided on a tool holder 50 moves horizontally therewith, by which the outside diameter machining is executed. The outside diameter of the work 17 is, therefore, finished to a properly rough surface and the guide rollers made of plastic having high quality are mass-produced with a high efficiency.

    • PURPOSE:To suppress the metallic sound generated in the high speed revolution and prevent the vibration of a belt by drilling a through hole at the width center part of the tooth bottom part of the tooth in the pulley shaft direction meshed with the teeth of a pulley which are formed on the underside of the belt. CONSTITUTION:A through hole 6 is drilled at the width center part of the tooth bottom part 5 of a tooth formed on the underside of a belt 3 meshed with the teeth of a pulley 1. Therefore, the air nipped between the tooth top part and the tooth bottom part 5 is discharged in the radial direction of the pulley 1 through the through hole 6. In order to secure the discharge, a plurality of through holes 6 may be drilled when the width of the belt 3 increases more, or the discharge range may be increased as elliptics in the width direction. Since the discharge passage is formed in the direction free from the interference with the advance path of the succeeding belt teeth 4, the trouble for the discharge to be cut off in the insufficient stage is prevented.

    • PURPOSE:To simplify regulation of a load force and to compact structure, by a method wherein a pair of load nuts mounted to a load screw through a repulsion spring are engaged with each other and are assembled in an axially slidably locked manner. CONSTITUTION:A small load nut 06 is formed such that it can be contained in a protruding casing 61a of a large load nut 61, and the load nuts 60 and 61 are intercoupled through a repulsion spring 62. A lock pin 63 protruded from the load nut 61 is engaged with a slide groove 60a engraved in the outer surface of the load nut 60, and the lock pin and the slide groove are separable away from each other and are integrally formed for rotation energization. A pair of the load nuts 60 and 61 receive rotation of a load screw 58 and are axially slid and moved within a load sleeve 59 in a state to block rotation, and generate a high load by means of energizing forces separated from each other through the force of the repulsion spring 62. By planning the lead of the load screw 58 to a value lower than that of a ball screw 48, a constituting part can be compacted.

The tip of a drive shaft 210 of a deepmost core part is securely supported to a bearing 212 located to the side of a bush holder 218, and a transmission gear 214 is coupled to a drive gear 229 through an idle gear 233. As a result, the stroke of the spindle stock 201 can be made equal to that of a guide bush 225, and a yield can be improved.

    • PURPOSE:To easily and rapidly execute variation of combination, by a method wherein three cross spindles are incorporated in juxtaposition, a pinion shaft is erected above the core of the central one of the spindles, and a face arm to which three face spindles are assembled is integrally coupled thereto. CONSTITUTION:Through revolution of a pinion shaft 126 is converted into rocking of a face arm 131, revolution of the pinion shaft 126 is generated by hydraulic drive of a rack. Orientation in Fig. of the face arm 131 is orientation in which it is worked on a workpiece. Since the orientation is held ultimate advance position by means of the oil pressure of the rack, a position is extreme ly reliably and stably secured. Further, a cross spindle 108 and a face spindle 138 are coincided with each other on a line in the direction of a main axis, and fine adjustment is effected by means of a regulating screw. By rocking the face arm 131 as shown in a Fig., two machining works of the one being a cross machining work and the other being a face machining work are practi cable in one position. Further, the cross spindle 108 and the face spindle 138 are mounted to a cross body 100.
