摘要： PURPOSE:To ensue accuracy of a mold frame by stud-welding a separator through a hole of one side sheathing board to the other side sheathing board to hold a space and constructing a bar member of vertical batter, horizontal batter, etc. from the other side of the one side sheathing board. CONSTITUTION:After one sheathing board 1a is built next the other sheathing board 1b is built, a separator 3 is inserted from a rectangular hole 2, drilled in the other sheathing board 1b, and secured by stud welding 4 to the one sheathing board 1a with a predetermined pitch. Next, a rectangular positioning washer 5 in size smaller than the hole 2 is inserted therefrom and rotated about 90 deg., and the both side sheathing boards 1a, 1b are positioned in a predetermined space and attached with vertical and horizontal batters 6, 7 or only the horizontal bar 7. Further a tightening metal 8 is attached from the outer side of the horizontal bar 7 to screw a bolt 10 to a thread part of the separator 3 through a washer 9, and concrete is placed by tightening a nut 11 to form a mold frame. In this way, accuracy can be ensured without generating distortion in the mold frame only by using the batter member in the one side.

摘要： PURPOSE:To secure waterproofing ability by forming a waterproof layer by applying a mortar, in which a cement mixing agent made by forming a film of a non-water-soluble resin on the surface of a water absorptive resin granular material is incorporated, on a base concrete to block crack if the crack is generated on the base. CONSTITUTION:The cement mixing agent A is formed by applying a coating film 2 of the non-water-soluble resin (e.g. acrylic or vinyl chloride resin) on the surface of the granular material 1 composed mainly of the water absorptive resin (e.g. copolymer of acrylic acid and sodium acrylate). The cement waterproofing layer B is formed by coating the base concrete 4 with a cement paste or the mortar containing the mixing agent A. And if the base concrete 4 is cracked (a) to generate the crack (b) on the cement waterproofing layer B, the cement mixing agent A at the crack position is also cracked, the water absorptive resin 1 absorbs water and swells to block the crack (b) and the penetration of water into the base concrete 4 is prevented.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enhance fire resisting performance by applying fire resisting paint to the internal surface of U-shape section which consists of a web and a flange of a steel column made of wide flange beam, mounting a fire resisting outer side plate to the outside and spraying a fire resisting material into the steel column. CONSTITUTION:A web 2a of a steel column 2 made of wide flange beam is used so that it may run in parallel to the outside of a building. Fire resisting paint 3 is applied to the internal surface of a U-shaped section formed with the web 2a and flanges 2b on both sides. Then, after the steel column 2 has been erected, a tieback material 4 is mounted with a small machine screw and a fire resisting adhesive agent between a fire resisting outer side plate 1 and the flanges 2b of the steel column 2 so that the fire resisting outer side plate 1 may be fixed. Then, after metal laths 5 have been applied to the outside of the tieback material 4, a fire resisting material 6 is sprayed to the steel column 2 from the inside of a building. A curtain wall 7 is mounted to the outside of the fire resisting outer side plate 1.

The woof of the canvas 4 made of synthetic fibers is made up out of roughly 50 to 150 pieces of monofilament which is roughly 65 to 75 denier, so that plain weave fabric is thereby formed. In the second place, excess water 6 contained in concrete 5 placed is drained through the canvas 4 made of synthetic fibers, so that the side pressure P of concrete 5 is lowered to a great extent. This constitution, can thereby enhance the accuracy of a skeleton.

The truss batter 6 is pressed by driving this wedge 5, and sheathing board 1 is put in pressure contact by the two lower chords 61, 61. This permits suppressing the cost.
