摘要： PURPOSE:To surely secure a cover to a reinforced concrete beam by simplified formwork by constructing the beam by using a beam form with a stirrups arranged with a distance corresponding to the cover from ribs and a U-shaped cross section with an opened top. CONSTITUTION:A beam form 1 which has a U-shaped cross section with an opened top, a plurality of ribs 2 united to the form 1 in one body at prescribed intervals on the inner surface of the form, and U-shaped stirrups 3 is fixed between pillars, with part of its upper ends being brought into contact with the lower section of a floor form 6. The stirrups 3 are supported by the ribs 2 with a distance corresponding to a cover. Then, after beam main reinforcements 5 are put in the lower section of the opened space in the form 1, beam main reinforcements 8 are put on the form 1 by means of cotter bars and a cap tie 4 are put on the reinforcements 8 and inserted into and fixed to holes 2c at both ends of the form 1. Then a beam is constructed by placing concrete in the form 1. Therefore, the need of connecting the stirrups to the beam main reinforcements and fitting spacers for securing the cover at a job site can be eliminated.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain the dense title mortar or concrete having high strength by kneading short fibers, silica fume, water, and a surface active dispersant, and orienting the short fibers randomly and three-dimensionally. CONSTITUTION:More than 100vol.% silica fume is mixed with short fibers (e.g. pitch based carbon fiber), and water and a surface active dispersant (e.g. water reducing agent) are added thereto. The mixture is kneaded for several minutes in a mixer to obtain thus a slurry of short fiber and silica fume. The slurry is added to a mixture consisting of cement (e.g. portland cement), aggregate (e.g. sand), short fiber, silica fume, water and a surface active dispersant, wherein the proportion of water to cement+silica fume by weight is 30-60%. The mixture is kneaded for several minutes in a mixer. Thus, the short fibers are oriented randomly and three-dimensionally, and fiber reinforced cement mortar or concrete is obtd.

When this operation is repeated, the lift device A rises along the pillar shaped object 1 in movement like a measuring worm and can be fallen in the same manner. The painting machine 13 arranged to the lift device A is integrally moved at time of rising or falling.

CONSTITUTION: A stair 2 is constituted of a plurality of PC stairs provided with a lower stage divided-landing and an upper stage divided-landing formed as a unit in the lower and upper stages of a stepping floor, and anchor rods on the stepping floor, protruded from the side face of the floor. The bearing wall 1 is constituted of at least a pair of PC walls 3 in which a notch 12 opened toward the side face of PC stairs is provided to form both ends of the bearing wall, and a cast-in-place concrete wall 4 continuously formed as a unit between the PC walls. A part of the anchour rods of the stepping floor protruding from the side face of respective PC stairs is anchored in the cast-in-place concrete wall. Other anchor rods of the floor are extended to the notch of a pair of PC walls and anchored in the connection concrete placed in the notch.
