SOLUTION: A column member 1 is a column member 1 made of PCa, and on its upper end surface, an L-shaped rising part 2 is prearranged along the outer periphery on the outer periphery side of a building. Plural beam upper end reinforcements 14 are prearranged on the upper sides of beam members 10, and anchor parts 14a of its beam upper end reinforcements 14 are attracted to the header 10a side of the beam members. End parts of the respective beam members 10 are arranged on an upper end surface 1a of a column member 1, and after bar arrangement work of hoop reinforcements in a joining part is performed, the anchor parts 14a of the beam upper end reinforcements 14 are pulled out in the joining part, and bar arrangement is performed. Then, only an inner form 21 is arranged, and cast-in-place concrete is placed, and a column and a beam are integrally formed.

    • PURPOSE:To enhance the safety and efficiency of painting work and to dispense with the installation of a scaffold or a gondola, in painting a pillar shaped object, by performing automatic painting by using a fixable lift apparatus rising and falling so as to surround the pillar shaped object. CONSTITUTION:The lift device A and booth 13a placed on the support member 16 of a lift apparatus 14 are mounted to the outer periphery of a pillar shaped object 1. The rising is performed by such a method that a movable frame body 2 is fixed to the pillar shaped object 1 and the fixing of the movable frame body 3 to the pillar shaped object 1 is released and an extensible apparatus 12 is extended and, subsequently, falling is performed by such a method that the extensible apparatus 12 is contracted in such a state that the fixing of the movable frame body 2 to the pillar shaped object 1 is released after fixed to said pillar shaped object 1. When this operation is repeated, the lift device A rises along the pillar shaped object 1 in movement like a measuring worm and can be fallen in the same manner. The painting machine 13 arranged to the lift device A is integrally moved at time of rising or falling.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress increment of the cost for construction forms and improve the problem of cost-up for a PCa stairs. SOLUTION: The arrangement according to the present invention includes a pluraility of form units for step 14 in the shape of plate which are folded in the directions nearly perpendicularly to each other where a step nose part 11 is provided so that a trad part 12 and a riser part 13 are furnished and a pluraility of form units 15 for coupling which are installed between two adjoining form units for step 14 and continued to the end of the tread part 13 of one of the form units 14 and the end of the riser part of the other form unit 14 so that they constitute a part of one construction form. Each form unit for coupling 15 is equipped with the first insert groove 19 to allow the foremost part of the tread part 12 to be inserted to its inside for a certain desired length and the second insert groove 22 to allow the foremost part of the riser part 13 to be inserted to the inside for the desired length.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain PC member-connecting structure wherein the manufacture and the connection of each PC member are easy, and the joints of connection parts are not exposed outside and are excellent in appearance. SOLUTION: A top end part 11 of a precast concrete-made horizontal member 10 is positioned inside a cutout part formed at the lower end part of a precast concrete-made vertical member 15, and a metallic connector 17 is embedded in one of the upper surface of the top end part 11 and the ceiling surface of the cutout part. A connecting reinforcement 12a which is projected from the other is inserted into the metallic connector 17, and a horizontal hole 13 is formed on either one of the top end side of the horizontal member 10 and the side of the cutout part. A metallic connector 20, of which one end part is rotatably attached to the other and which is projected from the side at horizontal position, is inserted in the horizontal hole 13, following which grouting materials 26, 28 are filled into a horizontal connection part 23, a vertical connection part 24, the horizontal hole 13, and the metallic connector 17.
