摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dish which is stable so as to allow a user to easily eat contained food and is suitable for a self-help tableware which is used by a person to be cared, etc.
SOLUTION: The dish includes: a containing part 1 for containing the food; a stable part 2 which has a bottom part on the same surface as the bottom surface 4 of the containing part and is extended outward from the containing part 1; and an upward projection part 3 arranged near the outer edge part of the stable part 2. The bottom of the containing part is made to be deeper toward a side with the stable part arranged thereat than the other end. The upper edge part of a part, which is opposed to the stable part side part of the containing part, is designed to be lower than the upper edge part of the stable part side part.
