Then a data 5a is sent to a transmitter-receiver 11 via a MODEM 10A at the side of a transmitter-receiver 10. The MODEM 11A at the side of the transmitter-receiver 11 demodulates the signal received to reproduce the original data. In this case, the MODEM 11A applies error check for each packet based on the control of a CPU 11c and if any error is found out, the retransmission request of the relevant packet is applied. The MODEM 10A of the side of the transmitter-receiver 10 resends the requested packet.
