    • PURPOSE:To decrease the occurrence of white flaws and the occurrence of noise due to the dark current and obtain high picture quality by forming an electron blocking layer into a two-layer structure made of an As2Se3 layer and an Sb2S3 layer. CONSTITUTION:A photooonductive film 4 mainly made of amorphous silicon hydroxide and an electron blocking layer 5 formed into a two-layer structure made of an As2Se3 layer 6 and an Sb2S3 layer 7 are provided. The As2Se3 layer is excellent in an electron trapping function and properly traps an electron beam and prevents white flaws from occurring. The As2Se3 layer alone has an insufficient landing characteristic, and the Sb2S3 layer is provided to enrich the landing characteristic, thus the more excellent electron blocking layer is obtained. Thereby, the heat resistance is improved, the dark current exponentially increasing in relation to the temperature is controlled low, furthermore the electron strapping function of the electron blocking layer is reinforced, thus the occurrence of white flaws or noise is suppressed and the deterioration of the picture quality is suppressed.

    • PURPOSE:To form a thin-film having high uniformity and high quality by connecting a transference electrode at one end of a plasma discharge electrode through a jig when the thin-film is shaped onto a substrate with a transparent conductive film through plasma discharge. CONSTITUTION:A plasma discharge device forming laminated films for a target such as a hole blocking layer 21, a photoconductive film 22, a beam blocking layer 23, etc., onto a face plate 2 as a substrate for the target to which a NESA film 7 is shaped consists of an electrode 3, which is mounted to a susceptor 1 section and has a pawl section 3a holding and fixing the plate 2, and an electrode 4 oppositely arranged to the electrode 3, and the whole device is brought to a vacuum state. When forming the conductive film 22, the mesa film 7 side of the plate 2 is directed toward the pawl section 3a side of the electrode 3, and fitted through a mask 5. A leaf spring 6 is interposed between the plate 2 and the susceptor 1, and the plate 2 is energized and fastened to the electrode 3 side. Accordingly, the electrode 3 and the mesa film 7 are conducted, plasma discharge can be conducted equally, and the conductive film having high uniformity can be shaped.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the decreasing of a resolution even when a video signal is applied with multi-channel processing and a time base change is removed by separating the frequency component of a clock signal from the video signal in which a time base change is removed, limiting a level and decreasing it from the abovementioned video signal. CONSTITUTION:The device is equipped with a BPF 12 to separate the frequency component of a later-mentioned clock signal from a video signal OUT where a time base change is removed, a limiter 13 to limit the level of a separating output signal, and subtracting circuits 14 and 15 to subtract an output signal LIM from the limiter 13 from the above-mentioned video signal OUT1 by obtaining synchronization and send it as an output video signal OUT2. Using plural CCD elements multiphase processing is applied and the time base change is removed from an input video signal, a spurious signal component with the frequency of the clock signal supplied to the CCD elements as a center is included in the obtained video signal OUT1, and by the above-mentioned constitution, the output video signal OUT 2 can be obtained in which the spurious signal component is removed from the signal OUT 1.
