    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce rotational fluctuation by a simple structure, by diminishing the rotational fluctuation on the basis of prediction from rotational fluctuation of each previously memorized ignition of each air cylinder from the engine speed of an internal combustion engine and the crank angle of each air cylinder. SOLUTION: Engine speed detecting means 30 comprises a pulser coil arranged to be opposed to the projection 36 of a crankshaft 5, and the upper part of the engine speed is transmitted to control means 34. Crank angle detecting means 31 comprises a crank angle sensor arranged to be opposed to the gear 37a of a wheel 37 arranged on the crankshaft 5, and the upper part of the crank angle of each air cylinder 2 is transmitted to control means 34. Also, rotational fluctuation detecting means 32 is arranged on the air cylinder 2 of an internal combustion engine 1, and an upper part of rotational fluctuation after each air cylinder 2 is ignited is transmitted to control means 34, and this rotational fluctuation is previously memorized in memory means 35. Then, the control means 34 controls a mistire condition so as to diminish the rotational fluctuation on the basis of prediction from patterns of previously memorized rotational fluctuation of each air cylinder from the information of an engine speed and information of the crank angle.

    • PURPOSE:To promote the miniaturization of a power supply means, by performing ignition action inputting an output of a pulser coil directly to an ignition circuit, when an engine, for instance, is started with a low engine speed, and controlling the ignition timing by a microcomputer when an engine speed increases to the predetermined value. CONSTITUTION:Since an engine, when it is started, generates a low engine speed, the engine, generating low output voltage of a charging coil 21, places contacts 31a, 38a of relays 31, 38 in an opened condition and a contact 29a of a relay 29 in a closed condition. Accordingly, the engine charges a capacitor 24 in an ignition circuit 22 with an output of the charging coil 21 while triggers a thyristor 25 by a pulser signal of a pulser coil 30 driving an ignition coil 26 in the preset ignition timing. While the engine, if its speed rises with the output voltage of the charging coil 21 reaching the predetermined value, closes the contacts 31a, 38a and opens the contact 29a causing a microcomputer 33 to be placed in an operative condition, and the thyristor 25 is triggered in the ignition timing calculated based on an output of the pulser coil 30.

    • PURPOSE:To lighten the influence of an electromagnetic induction by setting the inter-line distance of lines whose current flow directions are reverse each other, and the inter-line distance of lines whose current flow directions are the same, shorter and longer, respectively, among lines with the harness constitution, which affect the electromagnetic induction with each other. CONSTITUTION:When an overheat detecting circuit 16R detects the overheat of one out of two combustion engines after the on-action of a main switch 46, a current is flowed to an earth wire 10 through the lines 14 and 15 to operate a buzzer 18R. When a detecting circuit 17R detects an oil reduction, the current flows into the earth line 10 through the line 15 to operate the buzzer 18R and a lamp 19R, and an operator can know abnormalities. At this time, the lines are wired so that the current flow of the lines 14 and 15 and that of the earth line 10 can be reverse each other, and the controller is free of the influence of the electromagnetic induction. When the overheat detecting circuit 16R and the oil reduction detecting circuit 17R operate, the oscillator circuit 95 of an engine rotation drop circuit 20R oscillates to conduct a thyrister 97. Then a plug 41 goes out and the combustion engine keep a low speed rotation.

    • PURPOSE:To smoothly operate a tilt switch from the inside of a ship and from the land side by arranging the tilt switch at the front-surface side position from the center on the side part on the right or left broadside at the lower cowling part of the cowling of an outboard motor. CONSTITUTION:The captioned apparatus is equipped with a clamp bracket 12 fixed onto the stern plate of a hull and s swivel bracket 14 pivotally supported in tiltable ways around a tilting shaft 13. Further the captioned apparatus is equipped with a propulsion unit 15 pivotally supported in turnble ways around a steering rudder shaft onto the swivel unit 14, cowling 16 which covers the engine part 15A of the propulsion unit 15, and a tilt cylinder apparatus 17 for tilting the swivel bracket 14. The tilt cylinder apparatus 17 is extended and contracted by the drive of an electrically driven pump 25. In this case, a tilt switch 42 for operating the electrically driven pump 25 is arranged at the front-surface side position from the center of the side part on the right or left broadside at the lower cowling part 16A of the cowling 16.
