摘要： PURPOSE:To copy data onto copying paper with a proper density by using a density data and a line width data from a data output means so as to apply fuzzy inference to the density adjustment onto the copying paper according to the fuzzy rules and outputting the result to a density adjustment section of a copying machine. CONSTITUTION:A detection means consists of a CCD 10 and an automatic exposure(AE) sensor 12. A data output means 14 processes outputs from the CCD 10 and the AE sensor 12 respectively and outputs a density data, a line width data and other data of the original form 4 respectively. A fuzzy controller 16 uses the density data, the line width data and other data from the data output means 14 to apply fuzzy inference to the density adjustment degree of the copy paper according to the fuzzy rules. Then the result of the fuzzy inference is outputted to the density adjustment section of the copying machine. Thus, the density adjustment is handled easily and it is not required to set the density relying on the visual judgement of the operator as a conventional equipment.

Because the lower parts of the side walls 41 of the key tops adjoining to each other are formed to be close to each other in the forming process, key tops 4 with the certain fixed shape are obtained without material loss by cutting off the adjoining key tops from each other with punching blades. Thus, the multikind and small quantity lot of key tops conforming to user's specification can be supplied at low cost.
