摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a direct recycling method of a Ni-based single crystal superalloy component.SOLUTION: There is provided a recycling method of a Ni-based single crystal superalloy component when a coat layer of a heat shield coating is broken, or damage is caused in a Ni-based single crystal superalloy in which the Ni-based single crystal superalloy component is coated with a heat shield coating including ceramic. The recycling method includes: a process in which the Ni-based single crystal superalloy component is melted at a temperature that is at least a melting point of the Ni-based single crystal superalloy and less than a melting point of the ceramic; a process in which a casting mold 30 for the recycle Ni-based single crystal superalloy component is heated to at least the melting temperature of the Ni-based single crystal superalloy; a process in which the melted Ni-based super alloy is poured in the casting mold to produce a melting stock or grow the Ni-based single crystal superalloy; and a process in which the melting stock or the recycle Ni-based single crystal superalloy component is taken out from the casting mold.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal heat treatment furnace for reducing running costs and increasing a cooling speed.
SOLUTION: This metal heat treatment furnace includes a heating section 20 having a heating element using carbon generating heat by allowing high-frequency current to flow to a pitch-adjustable coil, in a heating chamber 10. A cooling chamber 80 for cooling the heated metal heated by the heating element is disposed at a lower part of the heating chamber 10 while being communicated with the heating chamber 10 through a connecting section 60. A water-cooling lifting and lowering shaft 90 supporting the heated metal and for entering into the heating chamber 10 is disposed while penetrating through a bottom section of the cooling chamber 80. A gas introduction pipe 81 for introducing a gas for cooling the heated metal supported by the water-cooling lifting and lowering shaft 90 and moved into the cooling chamber 80 from the heating chamber 10, into the cooling chamber 80 is disposed in the cooling chamber 80.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-temperature member for a jet engine or a gas turbine, such as a turbine blade and a turbine vane, a Ni-based single crystal superalloy excellent in TMF characteristics used therefor, and a manufacturing method thereof.
SOLUTION: The Ni-based single crystal superalloy has two phase structure comprising a γ (gamma) phase and a γ' (gamma prime) phase, but may includes additional phases such as a β (beta) phase. A heat-treatment is performed for the purpose of improving mechanical characteristics such as creep strength. In the heat-treatment, the superalloy is solution-treated at a temperature of the primary crystallized point or more of the γ' phase from γ monophase region to obtain a structure close to a γ monophase, so that the γ' phase precipitated at casting is resolved to make the structure close to the γ monophase and elements segregated at casting is diffused to make the structure homogenous.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a casting equipment with which a high quality cast product having a uniform strength over the entirety is formed by solidifying at a uniform speed the whole molten metal cast in a mold while keeping a balance between radiant heat discharged from a mold on the inner space side surrounded by a number of molds and the radient heat discharged from a mold on the outer space side.
SOLUTION: Eight runners 63a-h communicating with each other are provided on one gate 61. Eight casting molds 64a-h each communicating with the runners 63a-h respectively are fixed on a water cooled plate 21 with a circular cavity in the center so as to form a cylinder. The water cooled plate 21 is held by a cylindrical and vertically movable elevation shaft 22 having a cavity with the same diameter as that of the cavity of the water cooled plate 21. Then, a cooling pipe 11 is arranged which is inserted through each cavity of the water cooled plate 21 and the elevation shaft 22 and which is designed to circulate cooling water inside.
