    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a direct recycling method of a Ni-based single crystal superalloy component.SOLUTION: There is provided a recycling method of a Ni-based single crystal superalloy component when a coat layer of a heat shield coating is broken, or damage is caused in a Ni-based single crystal superalloy in which the Ni-based single crystal superalloy component is coated with a heat shield coating including ceramic. The recycling method includes: a process in which the Ni-based single crystal superalloy component is melted at a temperature that is at least a melting point of the Ni-based single crystal superalloy and less than a melting point of the ceramic; a process in which a casting mold 30 for the recycle Ni-based single crystal superalloy component is heated to at least the melting temperature of the Ni-based single crystal superalloy; a process in which the melted Ni-based super alloy is poured in the casting mold to produce a melting stock or grow the Ni-based single crystal superalloy; and a process in which the melting stock or the recycle Ni-based single crystal superalloy component is taken out from the casting mold.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a design support program and a design support system for a new γ'-precipitation-strengthened platinum-group-element-added Ni-base superalloy by which the alloy characteristics analysis and alloy composition search of a γ'-precipitation-strengthened Ni-base superalloy to which platinum group elements are added can be simply and easily performed with high efficiency. SOLUTION: For supporting the design of the γ'-precipitation-strengthened platinum-group-added Ni-base superalloy, a computer functions as: an input means 1 for inputting the alloy composition, service temperature and service stress of the Ni-base superalloy; a storage means (2) for previously storing constituent elements of the Ni-base superalloy, a structure factor computation formula and an alloy characteristics computation formula; a structure factor computing means (3) for computing the structure factor from the alloy composition by using the structure factor computation formula read out from the storage means (2); an alloy characteristics computing means (4) for computing alloy characteristics from the alloy composition, the structure factor, the service temperature and the service stress by using the alloy characteristics computation formula read out from the storage means (2); and an output means (5) for outputting the structure factor and the alloy characteristics together with the alloy composition.
