    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin washing method capable of continuously washing off impurities contained in various resins inclusive of a polyvinyl alcoholic resin, capable of easily reducing the amount of impurities up to the target amount of impurities using a reduced amount of a washing liquid and adaptable to the polyvinyl alcoholic resin and another resin.
      SOLUTION: The washing liquid is allowed to flow in from the washing liquid injection port 5 of an inclined type screw conveyor 1 while supplying a slurry, which contains resin aggregate or a resin in a solid state, to the inclined type screw conveyor 1 from its resin supply port 2 to feed the same upward and discharged from a washing liquid discharge port 6 through the vicinity of the lower part of the inclined type screw conveyor 1 to remove the impurities in the resin.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic composition for steam- and/or autoclave-curing from which a molded matter excellent in freeze damage resistance and a mechanical property can be obtained and which has good workability and to provide the molded matter using it inexpensively.
      SOLUTION: The hydraulic composition for steam- and/or autoclave-curing comprises a hydraulic material (A) and a polyvinyl alcohol-based resin powder (B) whose elution rate to water at 40°C is 5 mass% or less, which passes opening of 0.6 mm at a JIS standard sieve and whose loose and apparent specific gravity is 0.35 g/mL or less and whose content in total solids is 0.1-20 mass%. A polyvinyl alcohol-based resin having a saponification degree of 98 mol% or more and a mean polymerization degree of 1,000 or higher is produced by a kneader saponification method. The hydraulic composition and the molded matter produced by using it are provided.
