    • PURPOSE:To prevent clogging due to an outflow of bearing oil between commutator bars and swelling deformation due to moisture absorption of bearing oil of a commutator mold material by press-fitting and constituting a bearing oil seal and a rubber-made seal member, provided with a bearing oil scatter preventing structure, onto a rotary shaft. CONSTITUTION:A rubber-made seal member 8 provided with a bearing oil scatter preventing structure is press-fitted and held on a rotary shaft 3. An oil entering side inlet diameter of the rubber-made seal member 8 is formed larger than the external diameter of a bearing supporting part of an end bracket 4 for supporting an oil-containing bearing 5. In the rubber-made seal member 8, an inner ring-shaped small protrusion of diameter smaller than the external diameter of a grooved part of the rotary shaft 3 is formed on a press-fit internal diameter side with the rotary shaft 3 to hold air-tightness at press-fit time. Further in the rubber-made seal member 8, a stepped part 11 is formed so as to provide an oil reservoir part. In the rotary shaft 3, an oil stopper and a groove for preventing the rubber-made seal member from coming off are formed. In this way, an outflow of bearing oil to the downstream is prevented, and clogging between commutator bars can be prevented.

    • PURPOSE:To realize miniaturization and a high wind quantity, by arranging respectively an inner and outer air changeover mechanism on the upper wall surface of a scroll casing and a centrifugal fan motor at the bottom wall surface, and forming an auxiliary inner air take-in opening at a motor-fitting surface. CONSTITUTION:The drive motor 9 of a centrifugal fan 10 is provided at the bottom wall surface 7b of a scroll casing 7 and at the same time, an auxiliary inner air take-in opening 12 is formed at the bottom wall surface 7b. As a result, when inner and outer air changeover doors 5, 6 are in an inner air suction state, the auxiliary inner air take-in opening 12 is opened through the linkage of the 2nd door 13 provided on the motor-fitting side of the casing 7 and the take-in of an auxiliary wind (inner air) is done. Accordingly, making up for the lowering of the quantity of air can be realized, and also, an suction wind quantity allotment per one opening on an air take-in side against the quantity of discharge wind can be lowered, and the resistance of suction is decreased, and the efficiency of suction is improved. Thus, miniaturization and a high wind quantity are realized.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce the size and the weight by providing a door unit interlocked with leading-in of outer air into a double diaphragm pressure chamber and opening/closing of the opening to function a door foldable into two thus to open/ close the outer air lead-in port in an inner/outer air changeover box. CONSTITUTION:A pressure chamber 23 where the pressure chamber 23 of a diaphragm door 28 is communicated through a pipe 24 to the external pressure source is employed as an accumulator to open/close the diaphragm door 28 while simultaneously opne/close a door 29 foldable into two. When sucking the outer air, the door 26 of the foldable door 29 will close the first inner air lead- in port 4 to extend the diaphragm door 28 thus to choke the auxiliary opening 15 in the sidewalls ID, IE and to suck a large amount of outer air. When sucking the inner air, the outer air lead-in port 2 is choked by the doors 26, 27 of the foldable door 29 while simultaneously the first inner air lead-in port 4 is opened to contract the diaphragm door 28 thus to open the opening 15 and to suck the inner air. With such arrangement, the size and the weight can be reduced.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a cooler which does not adhere moisture and dust to a commutator of a motor for driving a blower by providing a wall surface member which deflects the cooling air flowing from a cooling air guide hole formed at a motor housing toward the armature side. CONSTITUTION:A hole 9a is formed at the housing faced with the peripheral surface of a commutator 11, and a motor 5 in which an armature 10 cooling air is introduced from the hole is mounted on the side face of a scroll of a blower 6, and the air after cooling the armature 10 is sucked to the negative unit of the blower 6. A wall surface member 9d which deflects the cooling air flowed from the hole between the hole 9a and the commutator 11 is mounted on the nonrotary member in the motor 5. For example, a projection 9c is formed at the side of the armature 10, being formed at the hole 9a formed at the end of the housing 5a of the motor 5a for driving the indoor air conditioner for a vehicle, and a hose 9 formed with the wall surface 9d bent toward the armature 10 side is engaged with the position faced against the projection.
