Each personal computer is provided with a software, including a function of making an interrupt notice to an opposite party, when the opposite party has already made an electronic conference, a function where a party receiving the interrupt notice automatically starts a conference to the opposite party making the interrupt notice after the end of the current conference, a function of recording an agenda of the electronic conference, and various functions attending with a basic function in addition to an electronic conference software commercially available on market.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the operation of a control system at the start of rolling from being unstable, by starting the automatic control of hydraulic plungers when an irregular fluctuation of the rolling force at the start of rolling is finished. CONSTITUTION:When a rolling material 4 is bitten by rolling rolls 20, a relay contact 42 is opened after a prescribed time anda lock-on weight is stored in a load memory 43. In this case, a timer circuit is triggered at the same time to measure a preset time, i.e. the time when the irregular oscillation is finished. Relay contacts 44 and 46 are both closed at the time when the irregular oscillation is finished, and an output of the load memory 43 is applied to a + input terminal of a subtraction circuit 45 and an output of an addition circuit 41 is applied to a - input terminal. A deviation signal between the lock-on load and a rolling force is outputted from the subtraction circuit 45 and it is applied to a primary delay circuit 47 of a waveform conversion circuit 54, where the leading is converted into a smooth waveform and the converted waveform is inputted to an input terminal of an addition circuit 49.
