摘要： PURPOSE: To mechanically forward mooring lines instead of manually by rack- mounting a conveyance cable that is freely reciprocated ganging with the rotation of a winch from the upward of the winch to the upward of mooring hardware and providing a mooring lanyard gripping section that is hung and fixed to the cable.
CONSTITUTION: A conveyance cable 10 is rack-mounted from the upward of a winch 1 to the upward of broadside mooring hardware 7. The conveyance cable 10 is freely reciprocated between the upward of the winch 1 and mooring hardware 7 through a transmission lanyard 4a from an auxiliary wheel 4 that is coaxially mounted on the drum 2 of the winch 1. A mooring lanyard gripping section is hung and fixed to the conveyance cable 10 and mooring lines 3 are forwarded from the winch 1 to the side mooring hardware 7. The mooring lines forwarding work that was performed manually so far can be performed mechanically.

CONSTITUTION: The fluidized and settled part of a reclaimed soil 3 is further reclaimed and an earth retaining wall 6 is erected at the upper end of a caisson 4. A plurality of steel pipe piles 7 are driven to the bottom of the sea and a steel guide base 12 provided with guide rails 11 is lowered from the upper side of the steel pipe piles 7. The head of steel pipe piles is inserted in the holes of the steel guide base 12 and the upper end face of steel pipe piles is set to contact the positioning plate and temporarily fixed. The guide base 12 is horizontally transferred by driving jacks to position mutual end faces of the guide rails 11. A fitting plate is welded to the inside of the steel pipe piles and the guide base 12 and fixed thereto. The temporarily fitting member and the head of steel pipe piles are cut off to level the upper face height of the steel pipe piles and the height of the upper guide plate 14. The fluidized and settled part of a reclaimed soil is further reclaimed and an earth retaining wall is erected on an inclined caisson 4, and hence, the fluidized soil is not required to be compacted again and also since the guide base and the piles are made of steel, the curing period is not required.
