The number of the tooth pairs 11 of the stator 2 is six. The six tooth pairs 11 are circumferentially arranged at equal pitches of 60°. The pairs of winding teeth 12 are arranged so that their circumferential center positions are respectively arranged while being circumferentially shifted by 360°/14.
