    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a rigidity of an outer frame without an increase in a cost, inhibit a vibration of the outer frame since a region having the low rigidity is eliminated in the outer frame, even if the vibration is generated by the magnitude of a magnetic field transmitted and received between a stator or a magnet and a rotor, and to eliminate a conventionally generated sound and an unpleasantness to humans around a device.
      SOLUTION: A rib has a shape protruded or recessed to the outer frame of an electric motor or a brush holder fixed to the outer frame and comprising a closed curve. The curve comprises the noncircular rib A9, the rib B10 radially extending from a housing of the outer frame B of a bearing, and the rib C11 provided at an edge of the housing of the outer frame of the bearing 3. Three or more fixing locations of the outer frame and the brush holder are provided.
