    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a draining method which efficiently drains leakage from an underground structure constructed according to an extra-thin lining method, after completion of construction of the structure.
      SOLUTION: The draining method for draining leakage W from the underground structure constructed according to the extra-thin lining method which is carried out by extra-thinly lining the underground structure with a coating material such as urethane. According to the draining method, a porous sheet 6a formed of an elastic material is arranged beforehand on an inner surface of the underground structure 1 at a location at which the leakage W is expected, and a peripheral portion 7 of the sheet 6a is fixed to the underground structure 1. When leakage pressure is applied on the sheet, pores 8, 8, etc., in the porous sheet 6a are opened due to the elastic deformation of the same, to thereby drain the leakage.

    • PURPOSE:To eliminate a possibility of deformation of a form for a segment and produce a PC segment of high waterstop properties. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of wires 20, 20... are fastened to a PC steel rod 12 at predetermined intervals between abutments A1, A2 forming a tensing device. Each of the wires 20, 20... is extended in the centrifugal direction of the circular PC steel rod 12 through an outer peripheral form 10b. When the set PC steel rod 12 is tensed, it is tensed with a force corresponding to a required tensing force while a reaction force is produced from the abutments A1, A2. If at this time the respective wires 20 are also simultaneously tensed in accordance with the tensing force, the PC steel rod 12 cannot be deformed in shape but can be formed into an accurate circle. Therefore, a prestress can be uniformly introduced. Mortar, such as concrete, is placed in a forms 10 with the PC steel rod 12 tensed. After the concrete is hardened with the generation of a predetermined strength, the form 10 is disassembled for the removal of the segment.
