摘要： PURPOSE:To provide the coating method which can well coat the inside of the cooling holes of the moving and static vanes of a gas turbine and does not entail a danger on a human body. CONSTITUTION:HCl is supplied into an Al reaction vessel 8 where a metal A 17 is installed to form AlCl3. This AlCl3 is introduced into a CVD reaction vessel 1 where the metal A 17 and work 2 are installed to effect a CVD reaction and to form an Al coating layer on the surface of the work 2, by which the need for direct handling of the AlCl3 by manual labor is eliminated. Since the installation of the metal A 17 in the reaction vessels 8, 1 is merely necessitated, the safety of the operation is greatly improved. In addition, the cost of the operation is drastically reduced. The HCL remaining in the CVD reaction vessel 1 is removed by the metal A 17 and, therefore, the damage to the work 2 and the reaction vessel 1 is prevented.

摘要： PURPOSE:To assure a diffusion heat treatment in brazed parts to enable the improvement of strength and removal of residual stress by subjecting a gas turbine burner produced by bending and welding to a soaking treatment, diffusion treatment and soln. heat treatment under specific conditions, then to in- furnace cooling. CONSTITUTION:The gas turbine burner is produced by bending and welding of a laminated heat resistant alloy plate formed by joining of broad sheets provided with fine grooves with Ni brazing filler metals. This burner is subjected to the soaking treatment for 5-60 minutes at 1000+ or -20 deg.C in an inert gas or air. The burner is then subjected to a diffusion treatment for >=2 hours at 1040-1140 deg.C and further to the soln. heat treatment for 15-60 minutes at 1100-1160 deg.C. After the burner is cooled down to 200 deg.C in the furnace, the burner is taken to the outside of the furnace. The diffusion heat treatment in the brazed part of the gas turbine burner is thereby surely executed and the life of the burner is improved.

摘要： PURPOSE:To constantly manufacture test-pieces for soldering in a large quantities by forming a cut part in the center part of a blank test-piece material, charging and heating a solder material, and cutting the opposite side of the blank test-piece material and forming it in a specific shape. CONSTITUTION:The blank test-piece material 11 which is a little bit thicker than a test-piece to be manufactured is prepared, the cut part 12 of depth larger than the plate thickness of the test-piece is formed in the center part, and the solder material 13 which contains a binder is charged in the cut part 12. Then, this is put in a vacuum heating furnace and the cut part 12 is heated and soldered with the soldering material 13. Then, the blank test-piece material 11 is taken out of the heating furnace and the opposite side from the cut part is cut away to adjust the plate thickness and worked in a specific contour shape to finish the test-piece 1. Consequently, the joined part has no shift and no jig is required, so many blank test-piece materials are loaded superposedly in the heating furnace at a time.

CONSTITUTION:The metallic parts generated with the cracks and crevices filled with the high-temp. corrosion products are immersed into an aq. sodium hydroxide and/or potassium hydroxide soln., by which these high-temp. corrosion products are removed. The concns. of the sodium hydroxide and potassium hydroxide are specified to a 1 to 15mol/liter range and a high-temp. reaction at 50 to 500 deg.C is effected in order to accelerate reaction. The Ni brazing filler metal or Co brazing filler metal in a powdery form is then used and is applied into the cracks or crevices and thereafter, the parts are joined at a prescribed temp. in a vacuum. As a result, the cracks or crevices generated by the metallic members used at the high temp. are repaired.
