    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily respond to the change in a chamfering dimension by attaching a blade to a tool main body in such a state as freely rotating and axially reciprocating and by attaching a stopper, which regulates the movement of the blade in relation to the tool main body in the inserting direction in an opening part, to the blade. SOLUTION: A push-in distance of a blade 24 in the depth direction of a filler metal 2 is regulated by bringing a ring 26 in contact with a bearing 22. The bearing 22 and the ring 26 are arranged with an abutment face of the tool main body 21 to an injection type insulating material 1 set to the standard so that a desired chamfering dimension can be obtained stably. When the chamfering dimension is changed, the blade 24 is detached from the tool main body 21 so that the thickness and the position of the ring 26 or the depth of the tool main body 21 can be changed. Namely, the stroke of the blade 24 can be changed by exchanging or deviating the ring 26 or exchanging the tool main body 21.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a modulation wave with less spurious component with no adjustment by converting a sine wave output carrier from a 0/90 deg. phase shift circuit into a square wave signal of a prescribed amplitude. CONSTITUTION:An input carrier signal from an input terminal 10c is given to a differentiation circuit 19a on one hand, in which the phase is led by 45 deg. and given to an integration circuit 19b on the other hand, in which the phase is delayed by 45 deg., resulting that the signals are separated into orthogonal carrier signals whose phase difference is 90 deg.. Then the two carriers are given to amplitude compensation circuits 60b, 60c, in which sine wave signals are converted into square wave signals and they are modulated by I, Q channel double balance mixers and synthesized at an in-phase synthesizer and the result is outputted. Since an amplitude error caused in the circuits 19a, 19b or the like is compensated by the circuits 60b, 60c, the circuit integration is facilitated. Moreover, since the complementary carrier signals having highly accurate orthogonal performance and balance are inputted to the double balanced mixer, a modulation spectrum with less spurious component is obtained.

    • PURPOSE:To use a prescaler operated in a certain frequency range at a higher or a lower frequency by providing a frequency-voltage conversion circuit on a device and change the current of the frequency divider circuit in response to the input frequency of the frequency divider circuit. CONSTITUTION:Since the operating frequency range of a prescaler 1 almost depends on the self-running oscillating frequency, the self-running oscillating frequency is made variable in order to vary the operating frequency range of the prescaler 1. By utilizing this characteristic, a frequency-voltage conversion circuit 2 outputting a higher voltage as the frequency is high is added to the prescaler 1 as a control circuit and an input signal to the prescaler 1 is added also to the frequency-voltage conversion circuit 2 and its output is applied to a current control terminal VCS of the prescaler 1. Thus, the current of the prescaler 1 is changed in response to the input signal frequency is changed to make the input sensitivity characteristic of the prescaler 1 wide apparently.

O-rings 20 are arranged between bushings 13 and 14 and a molded-in insert 19. The longitudinal positioning of the insert 19 is performed by holding down the edge faces of the insert 19, which is mounted under the state that its dimension is made smaller by 0.1-0.2mm than the dimension of a cavity part 5, through the O-rings 20. In addition, the bushings 13 and 14 mounted on an upper mold 1 and a lower mold are made of metallic material, the hardness of which is higher than that of the upper mold 1 and the lower mold 2 so as to prevent the molding from deteriorating. Further, since the insert 19 is so constituted as to be supported through the collar 18 by the O-rings 17, the amount of the shifting of the insert 19 at the hardening of synthetic resin is absorbed. The screw thread of the insert 19 is prevented by the collar 18 from being broken. Furthermore, the synthetic resin is prevented by the O-rings 20 from entering the interior of the molded-in insert.

      SOLUTION: The directional coupler includes; a main line having one end connected to an input port and the other end connected to an output port; a coupled line having one end in the same direction as the input port, connected to a coupled port and having the other end in the same direction as the output port, connected to an isolated port; and a phase shifter having one end connected to the isolated port and having the other end connected to the coupled port. A coupling length between the main line and the coupled line is shorter than a quarter wavelength of a use frequency of transmission power. The phase shifter shifts a phase of a second reflected wave component reaching the coupled port from the output port through the isolated port and the phase shifter, such that the phase of the second reflected wave component is opposite to that of a first reflected wave component reaching the coupled port from the output port through the coupled line.
