      SOLUTION: A pulley 17 is operationally connected relatively rotational to a hub 42 on a cylinder part 45 of the hub 42 fixed on a drive shaft 16 through a bearing 43 and a one-way clutch 50. A belt winding part 49 is provided on an outer circumference part of the pulley 17. A motor generator part MG is arranged coaxially to the drive shaft 16 between the belt winding part 49 and a front wall part 12A. A stator 61 of the motor generator part MG and the rotor 62 are fixed on the front wall part 12A and a flange part 46 of the hub 42, respectively. The motor generator part MG is provided outside of the belt winding part 49 in front of the front wall part 12A.

      SOLUTION: A receiving member 42 is fixed to a drive shaft 16 so as to be integrally rotatable, the drive shaft 16 which is rotatably supported by a housing. A pulley 17 is rotatably supported by the housing and is operatively connected to the receiving member 42 in a state where it is disposed at a substantially coaxial position with the receiving member 42. On a power transmission path between the pulley 17 and the receiving member 42, a rubber damper 43 is provided, which damps rotary vibration transmitted from the receiving member 42 to the pulley 17. The pulley 17 has a dynamic damper that restrains the rotary vibration of the pulley 17 by pendulum motions of rollers 46. Stress on bearing members and the like supporting the pulley 17, which is produced due to axial displacement between the pulley 17 and the receiving member 42, is reduced by the rubber damper 43.

The rolling guide face 46 is provided with a recessed part 46A whose cross section on a plane including the center axis of the pendulum motion is formed in circular arc shape (with an equal radius to the mass ball 48). The mass ball 48 is put in pendulum motion in the state of being partially put inside the recessed part 46A. The movement of the mass ball 48 in the axial direction is thereby regulated.
