    • PURPOSE:To reduce the use of metal pins in number and improve the heat- exchange efficiency as a whole without increasing the pressure loss by sticking through a partition plate metal pins each of which consists of a composite metal material comprising a nonferrous metal core and a ferrous sheath and being excellent in thermal conductivity. CONSTITUTION:In circles surrounding a combustion chamber in a thermal machine there are provided an inner wall 9 and an outer wall 10 each concentrically with the combustion chamber of the main body 1 in order to utilize for preheating the air for combustion the heat of combustion produced by a burner. Inside the circular space formed thereby metal pins 13 are stuck through a heat-resistant partition plate 14, each metal pin 13 consisting of a composite metal material formed of a core 15 and a sheath 16; the core 15 is of a nonferrous material, for example, selected from among copper, aluminum, silver, brass, and the like and the sheath 16 covering the core is of a ferrous material such as allow steel or stainless steel. The partition plate is positioned in the middle of each metal pin so that a heat exchanger S is formed with each metal pin 13 projecting on both sides of the partition and with the circular space divided into two passages 11, 12 for heat exchange mediums.

    • PURPOSE:A rotatory ring in which the rotatory part and the stationary part rotate through the sliding part and the sliding part is made a double-layered structure of which the outer layer is made of a material with a higher friction coefficient than the inner layer, thus producing good-quality yarns with yarn breaks and fluff formation reduced. CONSTITUTION:The rotatory ring is formed by setting the stationary ring 5 with a shape corresponding to that of the sliding part 3 to the outside of the body of the rotor 4 that has the ring flange 1 at the top and is provided with the sliding part of a triangular, semicircular or reversed L-shaped cross section 3 on the outside of the body 2. The sliding part 3 is made a double-layered structure and the inner layer is made of a low-friction material such as teflon or a material improving wearing resistance such as mica or MoS2 or their mixture, a low friction material, whereas the outer layer 7 is made of a coating film of a resin such as silicone or ABS resin or a metal coating film such as Ni or Cu film.

    • PURPOSE:To titled mechanism in which the ring is equipped with a tapered collar on the outside and a ring of smaller inner diameter than the diamter of the collar is fitted to the tapered part, thus preventing the formation of snarls and yarn breaks and causing no accidents of yarn breaks at the winding start. CONSTITUTION:On the outside of the body 3 following the ring flange 2 in the spinning ring 1, are fitted the upper collar 4 with a tapered surface and the lower color 5. A ring 7, which is made of a material of high friction coefficient such as rubber, of an inner diameter smaller than the diameter of the collars 4, 5, is fitted to the tapered part and built in through a rotatory part such as radial bearing 8 or a sliding part such as teflon to the stationary ring 9 to from the brake mechanism for the rotatory ring. On operation, the ring 7 comes up and is stopped with the upper collar 4, whereas on stopping, the ring 7 comes down to contact with the surface of the stationary ring 9 to effect braking.
