    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated maintenance system for a power plant, which solves the following problems in a technique of linking setting and comparison of KPI between power plants when managing information of a plurality of power plants: that as to the setting and comparison of KPI, (1) KPI cannot be set uniformly unless the power plants are completely identical ones which are constructed with completely identical design at the same period; and that (2) when comparing KPIs among respective units and power plants in fleet management, simple comparison cannot be performed at the same period since aging states and various technical levels are different.SOLUTION: A causal relation expression representing a causal relation between a KPI and an index and performance data affecting the KPI, a relation expression as to performance data in a target achievement period, and the like are calculated, a period elapsed until an index in a subsequent facility reaches a target is calculated, and the calculated target value and a target achievement period are set to the subsequent facility. A new KPI setting standard setting part discriminates by which criteria changeover input by the user is performed, and makes a function expression which is used for a determination criteria for a future changeover. A new KPI setting determination part sequentially performs calculation with a reference function expression for KPI changeover so as to calculate a timing of changeover from a function expression as a determination criteria.
    • 要解决的问题:为电厂提供综合维护系统,解决了在管理多台发电厂信息时,将发电厂之间的KPI设定与比较的技术相结合的以下问题: KPI的比较,(1)KPI不能均匀设定,除非在同一时期完成相同设计的发电厂完全相同; (2)在比较船队管理各单位和发电厂的关键绩效指标时,由于老龄化状态和各种技术水平不同,所以在同一时期不能进行简单比较。解决方案:表示KPI之间因果关系的因果关系表达式 并且计算影响KPI的索引和性能数据,关于目标成就期间的性能数据的关系表达等,计算到后续设施中的指标达到目标之后经过的时间段,并且计算出的目标值 并将目标成就期限设定为后续设施。 新的KPI设定标准设定部分判别由用户输入哪个标准切换,并作出用于将来切换的判定标准的功能表达式。 新的KPI设定决定部按顺序进行KPI切换的基准功能表达式的计算,从而计算从功能表达式的切换定时作为判定基准。
