When the mobile terminal is restored to a reply enable state, the mobile exchange 1 informs the mobile terminal 10 of the caller telephone number, the final incoming call time and the accumulated incoming call number in the order of callers giving many incoming number of times, based on the storage information and informs the caller terminals 5, 6, 7 of the mobile terminal 10 reaching a speech enable state.

A control system 109 of the service control node starts an external storage device 110 based on the information received from an exchange and obtains limit time information from a prescribed table. The obtained limit time information is transferred to the control system 105 via a common line communication equipment 108 of a node 107. The control system 105 monitors a call for a limit time received from the node 107 after the connection of the call by usual call processing, interrupts the call when the limit time is exceeded or sends a notice tone to the subscriber.
