    • PURPOSE:To attain the transmission at an object power even when transmission power is fluctuated by extracting part of power sent to an antenna, obtaining an attenuation from the output, and replacing the set attenuation into the actual attenuation when a difference from the preset attenuation exceeds a permissible value. CONSTITUTION:When a power amplifier circuit 2 starts the transmission upon the receipt of a transmission command from a CPU 15 via a signal line 25, part of the transmission output is extracted by an antenna monitor section 21. The CPU 15 fetches the data of the transmission output and compares the data with an output designation value to calculate the actually measured attenuation. Then the CPU 15 obtains a difference between the attenuation in a ROM 16 and the actual measurement attenuation and erases the data of the attenuation so far electrically when the difference is the permissible value or over and writes the actual measured attenuation to the ROM 16. Thus, whether or not the attenuation is fluctuated is detected and when fluctuation is in existence, it is revised by the actual measurement data. Thus, the fluctuation due to a secular change of the frequency characteristic of the transmission output or the like is processed.

A means to reduce the gap (g) between the pipe 1 and the U-bolt 2 is provided, e.g., a loose hole 8 is bored on the frame 4, and it is adjusted by the movement of the fitting position of a plate 9. The portion of the saddle 5A brought into contact with the pipe 1 is arranged at the vicinity on the center axis passing the middle between the horizontal and vertical center axes of the pipe 1. As a result, support rigidity and load resistance are improved, and high vibration resistance is obtained.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underwater inspection device for inspecting in the water sealability of a base metal and a weld zone of a lining material without draining water in an underwater storage container for a spent fuel or the like. SOLUTION: An inspection box of this underwater inspection device has a seal packing, an ejector connection pipe and a negative pressure line on an opening end face. The ejector connection pipe is constituted of a high-pressure water supply pump and a supply source line through a water jet ejector, a water supply line and a water supply quantity adjusting valve. The water in the inspection box is sucked by the high-pressure water supplied from the water supply line on a place at the depth of water of 10m or more, and the inspection box is sucked onto the wall surface by a differential pressure with the pressure of pool water by depressurizing the inside of the inspection box. Leak water in a leak detection system provided on the lining type container back side is stopped by holding the inspection box in the sucked state onto an inspection object part in this way. The mobile exchange receives the signal 107 and uses the area data stored in itself to decode the ciphered manufacturer number and discriminates the validity of the decoded manufacturer number. When it is a valid manufacturer number, an identification number of the radio base station is updated into an identification number of the radio base station being a sender and a confirming signal 117 is sent to the mobile communication terminal equipment via the radio base station.

    • PURPOSE:To develop a trolley bus duct for a high temperature and radiation resistance capable of being installed to a conventional bus duct by forming an insulator of ceramics, and forming a first groove extending a creeping distance to a side face while shaping a second groove engaged with a connecting bracket mounted to the duct. CONSTITUTION:An insulator 7 is formed of ceramics, and can be manufactured through monolithic molding. Consequently, the shape of the insulator can also correspond to the shapes of complicate T-shaped grooves 8 supporting a conductor easily. Grooves 9 are molded to the surface of the end section of the insulator 7, and structure in which a creeping distance in the direction of the conductor is increased extremely is formed. Grooves 11 are set to the side faces of the insulator 7. Connecting plates 12 are mounted to the grooves, and the connecting plates 12 are connected to a bus duct 10, thus allowing the usage of the bus duct having conventional structure. Accordingly, a trolley bus duct for a high temperature and radiation resistance can easily be realized.
