    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve cost efficiency and earthquake resistance by arranging hoops inside axial reinforcements across the root section within a specific range of a cross-section height. SOLUTION: Hoops 4 are arranged inside axial reinforcements 2 within the range of 0.5 to 1.5 times a cross-section height serving as the plastic hinge section of a concrete column 1 in case of an earthquake for restraining inner concrete. On the upper side of this section, hoops 3 are arranged outside the axial reinforcements 2 in the same way as a conventional one to prevent adhesive destruction of the axial reinforcements. Instead, hoops are arranged outside the axial reinforcements 2 and inside the axial reinforcements 2 of the plastic hinge section. Or, they are arranged so that the right and left facing surfaces of one hoop are placed outside the axial reinforcements 2 and the fore-and-aft facing sides of one hoop are arranged inside the axial reinforcements and those of the other hoop are arranged in a reverse way respectively. It is thus possible to improve deformation performance after flaking of covering concrete at the time of an alternate loading action if an earthquake occurs, thereby reducing the number of hoop and downsizing the cross section of the member.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique of filling the whole interior of a communicating through-hole with a filler, facilitating inhibition of the ingress of air bubbles into the filler, and ensuring workability in nut tightening work in execution of attachment construction work of fastening/attaching an attachment to a concrete base material with a bolt put through the through-hole in which a base material through-hole penetrating the concrete base material communicates with a bolt through-hole penetrating the attachment. SOLUTION: The attachment construction work includes a fastening process of fastening/fixing a cap 2 to a tall concrete column 1 using a fastener 10 having a bolt 11 with an injection hole 11c for filler injection, a nut 12, and a pair of washers 13 having a vent slot 13a formed therein, and a filler injection process of injecting a filler 5 into a communicating through-hole 4 through the injection hole 11c of the bolt 11, the filler injection process being executed following the fastening process.
