    • PURPOSE:To prevent malfunction caused by heat generation by suppressing the quantity of generated heat without using any parts such as a temperature sensor or a cooler, which requires space and cost, by suppressing the quantity of generated heat by arithmetically estimating the temperature and controlling the operating mode of an electronic equipment. CONSTITUTION:A temperature control circuit is composed of a temperature estimating means 1 for estimating the temperature of an object range 5 by integrating the quantity of heat by inputting operating mode information (m) and operating time (t) related to the generated heat quantity of the object range 5, temperature limit deciding means 2 for judging whether the estimated temperature reaches a previously decided critical value or not, and control means 3 for indicating the change of the operating mode when the estimated temperature reaches the critical value. The electronic equipment is provided with an operating mode setting part 6 for changing the operating state of the object range 5 as the main factor of heat generation and a clock mechanism 7. The operating mode information (m) and the operating time (t) are fetched from those circuits 6 and 7. By setting a lot of operating mode and successively changing them in the order of generated heat quantity, the reduction of performance can be decreased.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce a power consumption by providing a power generating means at a hard disk driving part, and using the stored power at the time of the maximum load operation just like a motor part is activated. CONSTITUTION:The power obtained by converting the rotation energy of a motor 2-2 which rotates as a generator when the motor is stopped is stored through a charging circuit 4-2 in a large capacitor 4-3. At the time of operating a clutch 2-1, connecting a hard disk 1 with the motor 2-2, and activating the hard disk 1 in order to perform an access to the hard disk 1, a power source control part 5-1 turns on a switch 7 so that a power supply circuit can be connected with the motor 2-2, and a power source can be supplied. And also, the power source control part 5-1 operates a power source stabilizing circuit 4-1 so that the discharged currents of the large capacitor 4-3 can be supplied to the power supply circuit of the motor 2-2. Thus, at the time of activating the motor 2-2, the power of the large capacitor 4-3 can be used in addition to the power from the power supply circuit.
